The girl who works here is so rude. When people are paying $10 for a scoop of ice cream they’re coming in for the experience. Check you attitude girl.

The ice cream is good but Nicole always has an attitude, she is rude and very condescending. You should not work in customer service if you are going to be rude and cut your customer off mid sentence.

Horrible service and very rude employees, dont come here if I could leave -5 stars i definitely would. Employees were very rude and didnt want to apply my birthday couple i had on my rewards account.

I just got a single scoop of ice cream and it cost $8.29! That is insane for a single scoop. It's really too bad because I like their ice cream but I will never go back. I can get a pint for 5 bucks at the grocery. Small retail shops are going to all go out of business if they keep charging insane prices like this.

I haven't been to Cold Stone in years, so when I ordered a Love It (medium) size, i was shocked to see how small it was and expensive! I was charged over $10 for less than a cup of total product. I did order one additional mix-in... but goodness, this should be highway robbery.

Note: I wish I had read the comments before ordering at this location. This place is a RIP-OFF!!

I’ve been standing her for like 10 mins. Everyone is just so busy making waffle cones and what nots to acknowledge a human being in their store picking up an order already paid for - good grief

Shrinkflation!!! The ice cream is good for sure. However, if I'm going to pay 10 bucks for a cup of ice cream, it better be almost overflowing. The last few times I've been to this location, I get a "like it" portion at the "love it" price. (That's a small in a medium cup for a medium price.) At these prices the owner needs to make sure customers are getting a full portion. I won't be patronizing this location again.

I walked in 10 minutes before closing time tonight right behind another couple and the employee turned me away, saying the couple in front of me of them was the last customers.

Ice cream is made fresh in-house daily with easy ordering on their app and plenty of seating inside or out.

Fav to go place for ice cream in el segundo. I love their sweet cream flavor. Folks working are cool. Try it.

I took my kids and my sister with her kids here (total of 9). I used to love this place but today I was very disappointed. A signature „like it“ costs now $7.99. I picked a founders favorite and it was super runny, almost like a soup. We asked if 2 of the kids could have a sample and were told that they don’t do samples anymore. We wanted to make sure they like the flavor before purchasing.Also the staff was not familiar at all with the app and the current promotions.Not sure if we will go as often anymore as we used to.
