Came in w/ my kiddos late Saturday night and the young man who served us was so incredibly nice and friendly. My kids were still talking about how nice he was the next day! Feel like some customer service has been lost since covid, but it was so nice to have a worker smile when they served my kids ice cream, thank you! Will be back!!

Terrible customer service. Came in today Sunday at 3:30 with my 3 young kids. The two females working just stared at us.. we said hi and they didn't. They were staring at my kids mad doggin them while they looked at the different flavors. Made us uncomfortable. Like you work at an ice cream store where there's obviously going to be children.. get over yourselves. Very rude and cold stone faces.. lol

Food - sweet cream 11% milk fat ice cream! I took the sweet cream with Oreos in a like it size(small).Service - it's a process with any Stone Cold, it's the stone that these sweet creams gets mixed in with the mix-ins. So yagadaaa wait a little until these fine ice cream folders mix your mix-ins.Ambiance - it's a store together with a named Sub store with a couple of tables and chairs. No frills.Verdict - all decent. I prefer Gelato at times but kinda missed their sweet cream ice cream so i had to go and you should too!

I took my kids and my sister with her kids here (total of 9). I used to love this place but today I was very disappointed. A signature „like it“ costs now $7.99. I picked a founders favorite and it was super runny, almost like a soup. We asked if 2 of the kids could have a sample and were told that they don’t do samples anymore. We wanted to make sure they like the flavor before purchasing.Also the staff was not familiar at all with the app and the current promotions.Not sure if we will go as often anymore as we used to.

If you see Lucas working... run!!! Does not mix the ice cream enough. Just folds in once and calls it a day. I understand if it's tough to break down. But at least mix it to where every bite should have the toppings ordered. That's the point, right?
