The food was great but the service was exceptional. Our serverJoy was very attentive and went above and beyond.

I had a long layover at LAX while returning from an international trip and decided to treat myself to a solo birthday dinner. I was looking for a place with a great local vibe, good food, and live music—and Eddie V’s delivered on all fronts and more.

When the staff casually asked if I was celebrating anything special, I mentioned that my birthday was coming up in a few days. To my surprise, they decorated my table and even prepared a handwritten birthday card. The live jazz was exceptional—performed by experienced musicians covering a wide range of modern and classic jazz across genres and eras. The atmosphere was lively yet refined.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. As a woman dining solo, I especially appreciated how gracious and attentive the service was—it made me feel completely at ease and genuinely celebrated.

To top it all off, they surprised me with a birthday dessert: a beautifully presented Bananas Foster, theatrically flamed tableside. It was both elegant and exciting, a perfect blend of experience and taste, and the perfect way to start my birthday.

I highly recommend Eddie V’s Prime Seafood for any occasion—and especially for solo diners looking for an elevated and memorable experience.

Delicious, had chef special lobster with filet and stuffed shrimp with scallops which was phenomenal. just wished they sang my dad happy birthday.

Well the door man is a black man he was so rude second time me and my husband been here will not return he seems to have a personal issue I heard him disrespect another man and the guy said to him I am with my mom his reply was so unprofessional I have plenty money I can go elsewhere yall don’t deserve my money I’m a well know real estate agent but I’m good with this situation I recoded the guy and called yall have loss a loyal person

I had a wonderful birthday experience! Kevin made me feel truly welcomed and celebrated. The food was excellent — I especially enjoyed the calamari. I was surprised with a birthday dessert and candle, and the chef, Whitney, even came out to greet us with a rose and champagne. It was such a thoughtful touch. I would definitely come again!

Nathan was so attentive and provided great service. The food was great and cocktails were tasty!

Consistent food/service/etc. every time we dine here. Only complaint (this time) was the temperature...it was freezing in the room, even after they adjusted the thermostat.

This is by far one of my favorite after work spots. The staff is friendly, professional and super accommodating. The band is supreme! Great food and vibes.

Party of 7 with 2 couples celebrating wedding anniversary. Service was fantastic. Our server didn't rush us an tended to all our needs.

It was a birthday celebration and as always the experience was wonderful. There are a couple of new additions to the menu that were fantastic.
