I went to Eddie V’s for the first time for my birthday! The food and the service were impeccable! From the hosts to the servers they all gave us personable service! Our server was CJ. We had a large party but she took care of all of us. I will definitely be back! Thank you all for making my birthday so memorable!Parking: We valet parked it was $12.00.

The food was good. The service was great. HOWEVER, there were and are some inconsistencies In the rules for dress code. My brother was stopped at the door for wearing a hoodie.However, we saw that there was another gentleman in the restaurant with a hoodie on. Then the explanatiof the policy just add it on to the frustration. In forcia policies equally across-the-board, regardless of race.

Drowned in butter... couldn't even finish my sea bass and asparagus. White wine was also warm. Mentioned it to the server, and he looked at me like I was expecting a refund. Atmosphere so loud, couldn't take a phone call and was sat right in middle of large group of people standing around bar area since every seat was taken. So many other tables I could have been sat at. Figured this (El Segundo CA) would be even better caliber than the one in Denver, but I was sorely disappointed.Parking: Go to second entrance.. first one not labeled well and had to back up since I was in lane reserved only for residents.

The hope diamond was REFRESHING and the Chilean sea bass and crab fried rice were a perfect meal to match the beautiful music from the live band. I enjoyed the ambiance immensely!

Overall a very enjoyable experience. Menu choices were good, side portions were generous, more than enough for two, and service was wonderful. The only complaint we had was the crab fried rice and the sauce under the sea bass was too salty for us.

Greeted by the valet with welcome back and nice to see you again. The same comment repeated by the doorman. As we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the executive chef. It's not often that a guest is welcomed in this manner. Eddie V's. is our favorite restaurant. We were treated as a valued guest not just a customer. Of course, the evening was made very special with Kevin as our waiter. He was very professional and displayed a good sense of humor which was greatly appreciated. The food, service, ambience, and the entire experience allows me to call Eddie V's my favorite dining restaurant.

Dear Eddie V's. Your Oysters Rockefeller is terrible and full of unnecessary salt. I almost vomitted when I swallowed because I wasn't expecting to crunch down on a glob of salt. It even made my gums hurt when the salt got in between my teeth. Eddie V's should remove it from the menu if it's not going to be done right. This is the first time in my life that I've ever experienced such a ridiculously made Oysters Rockefeller full of salt . Please take the advice either make them right or take it off the menu.
