Love to come to this Pollo Loco.. The service its great specially from a light latina lady at the cashier, I don't know if she was the manager but she's always nice and always provide me with Coupons. I come all the way from USC just to eat at this location. Thank you all.

This is the second time that I get food poisoning from eating at this place. I ordered the new chicken quesadilla and we noticed that their tomato red salsa looks and taste bad....not fresh at all...needless to say I was up all night throwing up... oh and that foul smell a few months ago! This location clearly needs serious attention to sanitation and maintenance. It’s disappointing and unacceptable for a restaurant to operate under those conditions...
