This pollo loco will be the best you will visit in the area. Specially with the morning staff very friendly, manager has a great positive vive. Food is really fresh and well served. Overall, ambient will make you come back.

The three times I went I noticed the difference, when someone likes it and does their job, excellent service when a man is there in the morning as manager I congratulate him and the lack of empathy of the others when he is not there, let's see if the others learn a little bit of him, I hope POLLO LOCO VALUE THIS LORD'S WORK. so one even eats comfortably.

Not what it used to be. Maybe it's this location, but the chicken is always dried out. The service is fine and the location is in a strip center. They do have a big outdoor seating area. But the chicken used to be tasty and good. This location is just not good. Used to love it now I go to California Chicken Cafe on El Segund in charges Common. Fresh and delicious.

Not sure if the food taste the same as all the other franchise restaurants, but this food was not flavorful. Another failure of California I guess. I guess that’s why the restaurant was empty. I’m stick with KFC next time.

Ordered 3 pcs chicken meal for take out but the salsa and chips were not included.. I wasnt able to check my order right away I am too trusting that the crew will complete the things that I ordered.. also no receipt was given as the sales person told me there was something wrong with the terminal.. though the taste of the chicken is superb..
