I ordered food for pick up on Valentines Day. I place the order early in the morning, prior to opening. I set the pick up time for 6pm. I arrived at 5:45 and checked in with the hostess promptly. After checking with the kitchen, I was told that they were packing up my order and it would be out shortly. I waited until 6:15 before approaching the hostess again, as I had not heard an update after 30 mins. She then went to the kitchen presumably and came back to tell me that my order would be ready in another 25 minutes. I sat in my car out front for 25 minutes, just as I was heading back in I received a call stating that my order would not be completed. I feel that this was handled very unprofessional and it really ruined my first Valentine’s Day as an engaged woman. To be lied to for over an hour is absurd. The manager Andrew (I think that was his name) couldn’t explain why I was lied to for such a long time. He just apologized with no explanation. My fiance is a long distance truck driver and I don’t get to see him very often. To have a romantic night planned and then ruined really put a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if I’m willing to ever give them another try….don’t like to be disappointed more than once.

Went for a family celebration for birthday and had an extremely rude waitress. She was condescending the entire time and truly ruined the experience.
While here, the fryer wasn’t working so all the lunch side options weren’t available, and couldn’t get baked potato since it’s only available for dinner.
Was rushed out, had to ask for refills and didn’t get a refill one time we asked
Complaints are ongoing by all family members present, awful experience

Food was great! Service adequate and if you have any physical issues, valet is the way to go. The parking structure is a bit of a walk. We were there for lunch and the steak salad was really good.

The quality and variety of food at Flemings is outstanding. Our service by the wait staff was exceptional.

Random date night with fiancé. Service was great from AJ, food was just a little off (from past experiences here), and overall good (not great).

Worst water that we have ever had there normally they are excellent but this one did not listen, and continued to behave as if he had more important things to do never expected this from Flemming‘s restaurant

Dillon was our waiter, great guy. Food was bomb. My second cocktail took a bit of time to come, but Burt the manager came through .  I will patronize this great restaurant again. Burt is the best.

Fabulous food and service. Best fish entree I've ever had anywhere- Sea Bass with Asian glaze. Amazing flavor! Steak was tender and done perfectly. The corn casserole is so good- almost like a soufflé of corn! Flemings is fine dining with great cocktails too. Really enjoy being here every time we treat ourselves!

First time I ordered a non steak meal. Scallops were small and rubbery and expensive for 5 small ones. I'll stick to steak next time!

the food is always good but the prices have gone up but menu changes have removed many desired items AND at the same time some things are just so ill-proportioned. Like the mushrooms which used to be a side dish for $18 now you get a handful to top your steak for the same $18 so disappointing. It is so pricey and not nearly as special as it used to be.

The food was excellent, and the service was very good, but the prices of everything is outrageous. The cost of everything is not worth it!!

The service was exceptional and food was outstanding. General Manager Mr. Burchard was doing above and beyond to assure me and my wife had a great dinning experience.

I ordered the Caesar Salad, loaded bake potato and a medium Cowgirl ribeye. My wife ordered a medium main filet mignon, loaded bake potato and French onion soup. There was no crowd, very slow night. I was looking forward to my steak because I really don't eat it often. When our food came out both bake potato were cold. Furthermore, both steaks were well done and I sent my steak back because I cannot eat a well done steak and my wife just ate hers even though she did not like it. The second steak was done the way I liked it but, was not like the one I had before. This steak had excessive amount of fat and grizzle were I could not eat it so I just give it to my dog when I got home, not to mention that I ordered my nephew a piece of carrot cake that was excessively small for the price. The customer service was not good, for a slow night I feel a server should of checked on us frequently, we had to call for him a few times. The experience at Fleming was the worst I ever had and will not be back. I feel if someone is spending $250 or over for dinner, it should be a great experience. We are very disappointed, never again would we eat at Fleming.
