Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

The experience at this location was excellent and the service was great. Definitely will dinner again

Unfortunately they overbooked for Thanksgiving and we had to wait 50 min past the reservation time, others did also as we heard the complaints. Ordered the prix fixe TG menu. Salad and soup only worth 1/2 finishing, steaks slightly overcooked. They ran out of 1/3 included sides but did not say until we brought it up, there was no substitution. A disappointing dinner, would not recommend for holidays. The servers were nice and at least the beverages were replenished quickly.

Had to wait over 40 minutes from our reservation time, was very noisy (although was crowded that night), the lighting was extremely bright for an evening dinner and the drinks were good but at $28 for a Chopin martini was definitely on the very high side. Was definitely nicer in the past and more like a traditional steak house, this night was definitely more Olive Garden vibe.

We waited 46 minutes to be seated with confirmed reservations. Once seated Dylan and Adora were great.

Fleming's is always a safe bet. The food and drinks were great. The only complaint was when we arrived early and waited in the bar area it took overly long to receive our cocktail order and then there was a disconnect about transferring our bar tab to the table or closing out at the bar. They acted like we were going to skip out on paying for our drinks.

Great experience, food was excellent and the sommelier was excellent with his knowledge of wine.

Food never disappoints, but having lobster mac n cheese removed from the menu was truly disappointing

The entire staff gave excellent customer service from check in to our waiter. They assisted when we had questions, the food came out timely and hot. Great place to have dinner and I definitely recommend this location

It was a lovely night. The service was decent. He forgot our salads and I thought he could have given us a little more TLC and attention. But no real complaints

Waited 2 hours for the food to come. A lot of inconveniences. No more lobster Mac and cheese it took 45 min for them to figure out Apple Pay saying they don't take it. Didn't sing happy birthday to maintain the energy so they say it was very terrible

Superb experience and food. Mary our server was A+ as she was friendly, enthusiastic, informative, and knew the menu items. My dry aged steak was excellent.

Have been to this location before, food and overall experience was great. We had early reservations and service was initially great as the restaurant filled up, service levels became inconsistent, slow.

Great food as always. Excellent service. Thanks for making our anniversary extra special. Looking forward to returning soon.
