Awesome time, great place. Our Selena made sure to lookout for me as I have a seafood allergy. Moreover, she was attentive and always available and insightful when answering our questions (we are not an easy group to deal with either)!

Pleasant place, not much of a view but the lounge itself is very cool and comfortable. Food was better than I expected for a lounge. The night we visited it was terribly understaffed. Our waitress did an almost super-human job running from table to table trying to keep everyone happy. She did the job of three, at least.

It was a nice, ambient atmosphere but a bit expensive. One alcoholic drink, one non-alcoholic drink and an appetizer of guacamole and chips cost me $50.00. Definitely not worth the price but I know how to order next time.

Waitress was rude, and it could have been because they were understaffed but she definitely let it show. She only took half of our groups orders and never came back after that. One of the other ladies in our group had to go get her and she rolled her eyes and said she would be there in a moment. That moment took 20 extra minutes. And the area wasn't even busy yet. Please note reservations were made and at no time let us know that half of their area was reserved for a group that would be coming in 1.5 later from our time. Yet there wasn't much seating left over that. The cabana area seating was horrible, but the seats definitely need some cleaning as they were all stained up. It was disappointing to say the least, first time there, celebrating and to have service where you feel like you're the problem for asking for more water is distasteful.

Flora is advertised as a fun and aesthetic rooftop lounge experience but it definitely fell short of that for me. I think it might be better to try it in the evening when the wobbly floor tiles, rickety tables and chairs are less noticeable. Brunch is obviously a new offering and it's reflected in the service and overall experience. We were the only party in the entire restaurant for the first half of our meal and our server still forgot things and was initially very slow. They also don't serve coffee despite being located on the top floor of a hotel. The menu is small and very curated but incredibly overpriced for what amounted to slightly elevated diner food.

Great place to hangout in the summer evening with a little breeze at the patio. Got seated next to a speaker so it was difficult to hear our conversations. A couple of our food orders took a while to get served and thought they forgot so we kept asking. Cocktails were not bad. Food was good but nothing to write about. Still a good place to be for a Thursday.

We reserved a high table and when we got there our mention of a reservation was ignored. The food and the vibes were good.

I loved it , drinks were perfect ! Not watered down , the view was nice , the garlic Parmesan fries, and wings were the best hands-down. I wish I got a picture.

Stayed at the AC hotel and this rooftop bar was upstairs. Nice view. Food was good but expected more for the price.

Yikes. We came here for the atmosphere and for beers for a long travel day. Waited 40 minutes for our first drinks. Planned on staying a while but took another 35 minutes before anyone came back— saw a table next to use still waiting for their first drinks and called it a night. Very unorganized. Lack of communication between team members. Needs a floor manager to guide the team and act as a reinforcement presence to move orders. Most tables we saw cut their night short. Leaving lots of business literally at their tables. High potential; currently low floor. Ranked atmosphere a little lower due to gas being out for our table and other tables having multiple heaters. Our waitress kept saying the rush got them but when we arrived and ordered it was slow and steady. They need help management.

Loved the fire places & rooftop garden. Delicious food. Great selection of drinks. Would recommend they had some baja blankets around. It got super breezy & lil blankets would be greatly appreciated. Friendly staff. Awesome cocktails. Good music, & lovely sunset views.

I was a bit disappointed with my visit to Flora rooftop. We got seated in a spot with no view, which was a letdown for a rooftop place.

The service was really slow. We ordered the charcuterie board, beef sliders, mahi mahi tacos, and grilled chicken with fries for my kid. Drinks came very late, and the orange juice for my kid was strangely sour. I had to ask the server about the food, and they said the kitchen was super busy. I asked if they could bring the kid’s meal first, which they did.

The beef sliders needed more salt and the grilled chicken was nothing special. The servers didn’t check on us much, but since we ordered everything at once, it was okay. If we had ordered separately, the wait would have been longer.

The place had a nice vibe, but the slow service, average food, and no view where we sat made the experience just okay.
