Was looking forward to this since my friend tried the establishment in OC and raved about it. Great ambiance: the place was lively, the staff were very accommodating and prompt with the service. Our sweet potato fries were running late and they made sure to prioritize the order. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste special. The steakhouse bacon part of the Cadillac tasted overcooked and was very difficult to chew on and the burgers didn't have the flare that I was looking forward to enjoying. I felt very disappointed.

From the moment I walked in, I loved the vibe. The staff were super inviting and attentive. Plus knowledgeable of the menu and offered suggestions. I ordered the Cadillac burger and my wife ordered the veggie burger. I wish the portion size was a tad bigger but it did taste super delicious. I noticed they also had a full bar which was nice. Didn't partake in any spirits that day but good to know for the future. My wife really enjoyed her burger as well. And the sweet potato fries were delicious. We ordered food to go, for pickup from Hopdoddy in Hermosa Beach. I love that they make their own buns, including gluten-free and have a great glute-free menu that you can order from online. I enjoyed a gluten free Classic Burger with blue cheese spread and American cheese. It was soooo delicious. We also had the Parmesan truffle fries, which were also really tasty, and more than enough to share with some leftover. The service was great and the food was hot and ready when we arrived. I'm sure the food is even better when you can eat it there, right off the grill. The atmosphere was fun and I loved the feel of the restaurant, it had a great energy. If you order a burger and fries, you can expect to spend $20-$25 a person with tax and tip, it is worth every penny. I look forward to coming back.

I was craving a burger and wanted to try somewhere other than the usual nearby standby places like Islands or Simmzy's. My friend and I ordered the classic burger and it was very tasty. The burger wasn't huge, but it came with lettuce, tomato, and onions and I added cheddar cheese. The brioche bun made the burger stand out. We both also got the traditional fries and they were good. The only thing is they were given to us way before we got our burgers. I think it would've been better to come out at the same time or about the same time as the burger. The ketchup and sauce dispensers were nice so you could get as much as you want. Service was friendly and nice. They had outdoor seating as well.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and they use to have a older white gentleman as the manager that was so kind and accommodating. Unfortunately he was moved to a different location. The manager they have now Robert has been so rude to my party multiple times. He acts like he does not want customers. The restaurant will be semi-empty and he will only let you sit at one table he chooses. We asked several times to have a burger well done, it came out medium and he basically just wanted us to eat it. Some people just aren't made for customer service and he is one of them. The way he interacts with customers is more suited for someone that works at the DMV or the post office. I liked coming here and my family did as well, but now our visits will be few and far between as we will now have to go to Irvine or Playa. I hope corporate incorporates some customer service workshops for Robert because the rest of the staff is pretty friendly. But it's life is too short to deal to come here and deal with Robert's rude and unprofessional behavior and at the end of the day I won't be disrespected over hamburgers.

I love this place. Service is always great and the burgers are bomb. I usually get the Diablo burger with extra jalapeños, habaneros, and sauce. Their green chili fries are the perfect side and is definitely able to be split between 2 people (also the green chili sauce is a bomb edition to any burger). I highly recommend this place. Vibes are immaculate and if you're interested they serve delicious frozen margaritas. It's cashless though so heads up.

Ordered Bacon Jam Burger, Sliders and truffle fries. The burgers were cooked perfectly and truffle fries with their dip is excellent. Service was quick and food served right away from kitchen. Highly recommended

The fries here are aaaaamazing. Also the crossed sprouts! Burgers were great as well. So why the two stars? Upon entering, our group of six moved to the side and were looking to see if a table would fit us. I'm assuming manager came to me and asked if I had been there before and proceeded to tell me I can't just take the table, one will be assigned and I need to go get in line. Sounds reasonable? My party of six were shocked at the tone and manner this was relayed. Thought maybe it's just his personality, until we witnessed him being jovial and friendly with other guests. We felt very unwelcome. If you can get past that, really tasty meal.

I am not a fan of burgers ?at all and when I first tried hopdoddy's primetime burger (as per my husband's recommendation? it blew my mind! ??I was able to finish the whole burger by myself! It was the right flavor and balance of ingredients..it was just soooo delicious, i loved their truffle fries, spicy honey sage sweet potato fries and nutela pretzel shake...so everytime we drove to LA we would always stop by for a burger at hopdoddy and i would order 1 for myself and i could finish it in a few minutes it was that delicious!..we would bring family and friends sometime or anybody that i know will go to LA i always recommend trying out their burger...but this time i am totally disappointed that they took it off their menu ?i was actually sad...the cashier told me to try the cadillac because it is similar to the prime and the cashier told us he too liked the prime...so me and my husband just ordered 1 to share because i am not sure if i will like it or not...i had high hopes ? and it broke my heart ???that the only burger i enjoy is completely gone ??why... why fix something that is not broken? I hope they bring it back... ??
