I would suggest the negative reviews are based upon ridiculous expectations from ppl who rhought this would be fine dining. The food was excellent! The Spicy chicken had the perfect amount of heat, the Chicken and Gyoza combination was excellent. And the cheeseburger was the best I've had in years.

Te good for a quick meal, however m issues is with their inconsistency with their hours o operation. The stated signs and online show closing time of 9 PM. In many instances they shut down much earlier and will not serve you. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I won be returning.

Update: I’ve gone from a generous 3 star to a 1star. I know better NOT to believe the few bad reviews bc I want to believe the best in others and I realize everyone has bad days… but unfortunately this was like 7 strike outs! And I’m in a good mood and starving. First time in my life that I am leaving a restaurant and my stomach is growling with hunger pains I simply could not eat this. A friend of mine came in helped me with the cold undercooked fries that I requested extra crispy 🙄 Check out the Patty Melt! It did come with sandwich slices on it toasted, but I had to ask them to remove because a patty melt is just that or so I thought!! the lady was nice and was going to remake it, but I told her not to bother. He asked what I wanted on it and I suggest meat, cheese, and pickles on the side instead, this is what I got. 1st Post (After ordering) Only customer inside and I thought he was gonna ask me to leaveNot sure I’ve encountered anyone that unhappy We all have our own crap tho… anyhow 15 bucks for a “patty melt”fries and flat soda, I guess that’s good in this day and age. 🙄?Anyways hopefully it taste good!! oh And no TP !! Maybe this is the end unless the food is as bad as the experience… sorry People. I’m sure others love it or they wouldn’t be able to keep their doors open. Good Luck.

While unassuming. This resturant is good in most if not all ways you's expect from a smaller store/resturant.
I personally got the spicy chicken. Good portions on the chicken (more chicken than rice funny enough). Kinda spicy so if you're not good with spice or easily get a upset stomach. You may want to stick to original.
But my visit proved beneficial.
The cashier (owner?) Took my order. Was friendly and brought the order to my tablem not something you see much of these days. Especially in larger fastfood or chain restaurants. But either way. The overall area was well kept and tidy. They do seem to take pride in their chicken/sauce as it was well prepared ans generous as mentioned before in portions. For around 14-20$ Cause the drinks came seperate. You can enjoy a good simple quality meal here. You can refill your drinks before leaving. I'd come back as i normally visit a lot of resturants in el seguno as i work as a food delivery driver. So i get to try the locations if they catch my attention. And i would say. If you're in the mood for simple and friendly. Give this place a try.
Parking: The entrance is a bit of a downward slope. So i do recommend you see if the street parking before entering the lot is available as exiting may prove challenging.

Great affordable convenient delicious on the run food. I asked for ketchup and received 5 packets which is more than I can say for McDonald or any other fast food restaurant’s drive thru. I ordered the tuna melt and teriyaki chicken. The food was hot, I almost burned my tongue! 👅 lol
My first time ordering here. I’m normally a fan of chicken teriyaki places. I called in and asked for 2 chicken teriyaki bowls . I went in to pick up and I said I was there for the 2 bowls and cashier responded “you said plates!” With an attitude. So not wanting to argue I just said ok plates then. He seemed annoyed and rude. Then the way the cook brought the food over and just threw it on the counter was also just careless. It felt like they were rushing but there was literally nobody in drivethru and only one person inside.
I used the restroom that felt was purposely left without toilet paper , seat covers, or napkins to avoid cleaning.
I wouldn’t go back because it felt uncomfortable just being inside with the rude service. And what kind of salad is this!? Just a sprinkle of cabbage inside a small to go box. Just sloppy and careless.

I I Love Teriyaki, and it was a delightful experience. As soon as I walked in, the aroma of sizzling teriyaki sauce filled the air, which was both inviting and mouthwatering. The menu offered a nice variety of options, making it hard to choose, but I eventually settled on their classic chicken teriyaki bowl.
The portions were generous, and the chicken was perfectly cooked—juicy and tender with just the right amount of char.
