When we first went inside some of the workers kept going back and forth and no even bothering asking are you guys ready to be seated or nothing which was rude, once me and partner got settled the gentleman who was serving is very nice and polite, but some ladies are very rude and very bitter about certain people and one of them told my partner that was kindly cleaning the table to make it less complicated and said “THANKS FOR CLEANING THE TABLE” in which the lady said it sarcastically and giving a disgusting rude attitude to my partner for being nice and helping out? I don’t know her name but whoever she is I hope she has a good day because it seems like she has issues and doesn’t enjoy her job at all. 7/13/2025 We will definitely not come back.

This happened a couple of weeks ago. June 25 (brunch time). Everything was ok until it was time to pay. My sister used her credit card to pay for our meal. And just when the server (didn't get his name, but he was the only server that time) was placing the amount, he already made a choice on how much his tip was going to be. We had planned on giving his tip in cash. We were running late because we had a plane to catch. Had we had time, we would have called him out and reprimanded him. You see we're not locals and our CCs charge big on international rates. It's so UNETHICAL for your servers to choose what percentage they should get WITHOUT permission from the customers. And may I remind you that tips are voluntary and depends on the kind of service the servers give!

IHOP is one of those household name, food establishments in the US. But the food and experience are bang average and do not represent good value for money. However, the food comes quickly and the service is friendly. I did love the pancakes though. If you need a quick, decent breakfast and don't mind paying $20+ for steak and eggs, it's not a bad shout and probably one of the best options in this particular area.
