Great service and even better food! Always a great spot to bring family and friends. Never disappoints!

This visit was unfortunately disappointing due to our server, whose attitude and inattentiveness affected the entire experience. This was to celebrate an engagement too. From the beginning, he seemed disengaged and unwelcoming, often looking away while speaking and appearing annoyed when one of our guests asked about gluten free options. Service details suffered as a result, our water glasses were never refilled throughout the meal, and although our bottle of wine was opened, we ended up refilling our own glasses because he never returned to check on us. It was also difficult to pay the bill, as he never came back to collect the card. Thankfully, other staff members stepped in to help, and they were all friendly and professional, which made it clear this was not reflective of the entire team. Food came quick, and the pasta dishes themselves were tasty and seemed freshly made, though the gluten free pasta was overcooked and unappealing. I was also disappointed to learn that cross-contamination prevents this restaurant from being a safe option for anyone with gluten intolerance. This was my second visit, and I had hoped to make this a regular spot, but given the service experience and limited gluten free care, I'll likely look elsewhere. With better training and attention to dietary needs, this could easily be a much better dining destination.

The food is high quality and always fresh- it's always a delicious experience. I'm really happy to see a lunch duo option that brings greater value to my meal.

Best kale salad! The fried provolone was heavy and probably would not order that again. Meatballs were outstanding.

Overall a very good meal. We weren't huge fans of the back dining area. It was a beautiful night and not many tables filled but we were seated in the back room. Only ones in there for a bit. Service is excellent. Wish I remembered her name. She was fun and knew the menu inside and out. Bass, kale salad, and meatballs were excellent.

From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in for something special. This Italian restaurant delivers not just food, but an experience that feels like a warm hug from Nonna. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and prepared with clear attention to detail. The Mushroom Lasagna was rich and hearty, layered with just the right amount of cheese and savory goodness. The Mandilli was a surprising standout - creamy, bright, and unlike anything we've had before. (Pair it with chicken, and it's *chefs kiss*) The Squid Ink Bavette was perfection - balanced & bold. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, with a staff that made us feel like family. The service was thoughtful without being overbearing, adding to the overall charm. If you're looking for authentic flavors, generous portions, and a place that makes you want to linger long after the last bite, this is it. A true gem that reminds you why Italian food is simply timeless.

Opentable Diner

Food was enjoyable , however the interior had an unpleasant odor ( opted to sit outside) that impacted the overall dining experience. Additionally, the service was somewhat slow, which further detracted from the visit.

The best Italian food I’ve found in South Bay!! Right when you walk in, you can smell homemade pasta and sauces- I knew it was going to be delicious! Highly recommend the spicy rigatoni and kale salad! Our waiter was super helpful with recommendations and fast service. Can’t wait to try more dishes next time!

What a lovely discovery . We weee hoping to find a nice lunch before leaving Southern California. Excellent operation. Staff behave like professionals and they are knowledgeable. Space is smartly designed- good flow, sharp, modern clean. Food is beautifully executed. There are just not enough of these kinds of places -hard stop. If we lived close it would be a regular spot. I hope El Segundo loves it like we did.

Felt ignored by wait staff, ready to leave and pay check but had to wait an unnecessary 10 minutes.

The main dining room always has a strange odor of cleaning chemicals. The new dining room is a much better option. The hostess did caution us that there was a large party so it might be loud; but I would take a loud room over a smelly room anytime.

Food was cold and service was bad. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I won’t be back.

Today, I ordered chicken sandwiche for grandson, we were so lucky to realuze that sandwich was meatball. That child has allergies to tomato, could have ended up in hospital, all i can say is shame on you.
