The experience you will have at this Jersey Mike's is nothing short of sublime. The minute you walk in to this restaurant you are warmly greeted by the staff. If you catch the lunch rush, don't fret for your order will be taken far more quickly than you can imagine...this staff doesn't like to keep their customers waiting. The care each employee takes with the crafting of your sandwich is unmatched. My Turkey Provolone #7 (Mike's Way) is always made to perfection. The love each employee will put into your sandwich may only be rivaled by that of a mother's love of their child. I look forward to every experience I have in this great establishment and I can't wait to go back.

Pretty small interior and a tight parking lot. Shares the lot with Ralphs so it's busy.I always use the app to pre-order. If you give them 15 minutes or so, it will be waiting for you when you arrive.So far, has always been the right order. Good sandwiches and quick if you use the app.Enjoy!

I walked in and immediately noticed how clean the store was, absolutely impressed. I then ordered a Philly cheese sandwich and enjoyed EVERY bight!!! The staff was great and even made some suggestion as to the particular bread that is their favorite. I will definitely be back!

I will definitely NoT being coming back after poor customer serviceI've noticed that their attitude in their ads comes across as indifferent, as if they don't really care.They forgot to include the bread I wanted for my sandwich, and when they were remaking it, they didn't inform me, even though I like to watch my sandwich being prepared. The customer service at this restaurant was extremely lacking or subpar.The restaurant's dining area was quite dirty or not well-maintained.The shift that comes at 3:30 pm should consider enhancing their customer service approach. NoT good at All!

Was going to this location for sometime! Five stars up until now! Not happy! Placed the order on the app ! They had the whole order ready but a hot sandwich. Wait and wait ! People coming in and out picking up hot sandwiches! Was patient as can be waiting? Ask the girl behind the counter three time where is the sandwich all she says is that they are working on instead of checking on it ! The guy cooking the sandwiches comes over with five sandwiches for four people that just order them . And puts one in my bag . Thinking that the order was full I ask the girl can I please have the bag . Never said you have one more . Regardless, they're helping people walking in ordering sandwiches and making people that placed orders on the app wait! My friend at the office called them to complain and get a refund. The person on the phone said ( THE GUY THAT DID THE PICKUP NEXT TIME HE CAN BE A LITTLE MORE PATIENT) !!!!!!!!!Really!!!! THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME !!!!!!!

I rarely ever leave positive reviews because most times places service is not satisfactory, but I want to commend this jersey mikes today. Was having a super tough day, filled with a big loss, and each of their staff was so kind and helpful. It really meant a lot to me

I recently, & I mean as in last week discovered Jersey Mike's. So I was pretty happy I found this location while I was looking for a lunch place during my work day yesterday. The food looked and tasted great! That rosemary n Parmagan bread was really good too! Overall the service was fast & friendly.I did have a little issue with my order when it came time to have my "fixins" added to my sandwich. (remember, I'm new to this place) She asked me if I "wanted it Mike's way" and unfortunately I didn't hear her correctly and thought she asked if I wanted it "microwaved", I thought hmm to maybe warm up the bacon or melt the cheese or such, and I'm like sure! The she starts putting all these toppings I dont typically want. And when I asked what she was doing she was pretty confused at my confusion... But, after my slight embarrassment at misunderstanding she was understanding and had my order done over.It was tasty!
