The service is not that bad, the problem is that they have a bathroom but not for clients.

Wayyyyyyyyyy too expensive. Unfortunately, it’s the closest location to my job. There’s NO way that two plates of food should cost over $43 and not be bigger portions… ITS INSANE! The plate shown is $19.75 plus tax and this is considered a LARGE… LARGE WHEREEEEE???

The service here is prompt and friendly. The staff's recommendations were spot-on, and their attention to detail in ensuring a seamless dining experience was commendable. The food is a tropical paradise on a plate. The teriyaki glazed ribs were a burst of sweet and savory goodness, and the coconut shrimp were perfectly crispy. Each dish is a culinary masterpiece. The restaurant's ambiance is a vacation in itself. With a cozy, beachfront setting, you can watch the sunset while sipping on a mai tai. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Hawaiian vibes.

First off all.. I have been to all kinds of locations to include the original L&L in Hawaii. This franchise couldn't be anything farther from the atmosphere, and quality of any of all the other franchises I have ate at. Secondly they were no chairs at any of the tables to encourage customers to not stay and eat. Then after spending ? quite a bit of money on the large orders, they said their restrooms were not for public. Forget that you just spent for a family of four for dinner. Thirdly the food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken sling on the BBQ chicken plate either had hair from the chef or was jot chicken. It was a clip of hair. The macaroni salad was spoiled. All of it was thrown away immediately. For the sake of not receiving food poisoning. I suggest anyone who wants Hawaiian food or to experience true L&L food stay as far away from this disasterous abomination.Yuck ?

I usually try not to give low scores, but I need to share my experience. I ordered the aloha saimin $10 the broth and noodles are not the same anymore. Ordered the lau lau which was $24? Not sure if it's just this location but I was disappointed in the price and quality of food.

Always closing early and lying about store hours. Happens all the time. What a shame.

NO SEATING. Bad chicken. Great BBQ short ribs. I am a former Hawaiian native. Chicken Katsu 2/5 was overcooked and there was barely any chicken in it. Tasted like over crunchy breading with barely any chicken. Cutting corners for sure. Just bad. BBQ short ribs 5/5 are always delicious! Large portion too. This has always been consistent even from different establishments. Ambience 0/5 The absence of seating in this place left a very rude obnoxious vibe. It's like a message of the owner saying to their customers, we want your money and "get out." Overall Summary: I probably won't return to this location. The absence of seating in this food place is just so rude for the customers. How are they supposed to get loyalty from customers when there are so many other places in town to go to?

What happened? This place used to be good and reasonable in price, no longer. You used to be able to get a mini portion for under 10 bucks, but now the "junior" is 16 and full sized.

Yummy, fast service and nice people. Hit the spot! Nice view of the planes nearby too!

All you people downvoting this for the price: If you can't handle the price, get out of the reviews! Don't ruin L&L for the rest of us! I'm glad my friend wanted Hawaiian (I couldn't do Mexican, this was the next idea) because this place is the bomb and not something we get on the East coast. Staff: 5 stars. Actual Hawaiians. Happy to explain things and be open about charges. Food: 5 stars. Period. I tried two Hawaiian dishes not usually on my plate. Musubi, I did with the chicken katsu. I got two giant musubi - almost a meal by themselves - with a wonderful dip. The whole thing really sang to me as the Hawaiian take on sushi (cooked meat instead of raw fish). Then I did some saimin with beef teriyaki. The whole soup took on this beefy flavor and was TOTALLY stocked with beef. It was much larger than I thought! And I devoured it because it was TOTALLY delicious. I washed it all down with some Hawaiian Sun beverage, lychee/passion fruit (lilikoi). Honestly, ignore everyone else in here. You get what you pay for, and here you get top quality food, nice big portions (I checked the meals my friend got for his family to confirm), and quick friendly service. The only downside is you can't eat in there, but this food is worth taking out and splurging on. I'm not subtracting any star for the price. They chose to uphold quality and quantity instead of succumbing to inflation and dropping those. I approve.
