Props to Alex who tirelessly wheeled an additional heating tower to the table I was sitting at because I’m a “weak to the cold” California girl. I didn’t even ask him to. It’s so rare to find customer service employees who possess the ability to 1) predict a customer’s needs without being asked, 2) act autonomously for the customers best interest, 3) to do those arduous tasks with a genuinely joyful attitude. I should know, I worked in hospitality for 20 years!

Food...

I hosted a work happy hour here for 30 people. Everything went very smoothly. The staff did a great job working with me on the catering menu before the event and helping out with various little things during it. The food was tasty, especially the spicy fish tacos. Thanks, Simmzy!

We very much enjoyed the food while we were here, great service with great people, and the food had good flavor, and it was healthier, which I liked. Definitely plan to be back in the future when I come back.
