BEWARE. I walked in and the lady manager or owner was stocking soft drinks. She returned to behind the counter and I purchased an item for $2.00 and gave her a $20.00 bill. She slapped down $8.00 and hurried off. I called her back and I told her I gave her a $20.00 and she argued with me. She claimed it was a $10.00 and I protested it was a $20.00 and I believe I was short-changed $10.00. I know what I gave her! (See the review from a month ago where someone else was short-changed). She was rude to me in the past also. (There are numerous complaints about this in the reviews). Unfortunately, I will never return to her store again. Forewarned is forearmed.

The selection of donuts is good, I don't typically get those, though, unless it was something different. I got the Jalapeño, Ham, and Cheese crossiant, and it was really good. This place looks like a little hole in the wall shop, and it is little, but the quality is good.If you're in the area, it's a good stop if you like donuts and want to support a local business.

This review will be short and sweet! FOOD: Great doughnut variety and everything tasted fresh. AMBIANCE: This is a hole-in-the-wall shop for grab and go. There is no seating. SERVICE: The cashier was pleasant and helped us quickly (no line when I visited around 9am on a weekday) PARKING: It is a small parking lot but a lot of people are going in and out. I will keep coming back to this establishment for the taste and value!

Not sure if it’s just bad customer service or trying to sell more donuts.Been a customer for about 2 years, the employee behind the counter got my order wrong since they installed plexi glass and she can’t hear, which is fine.I go to pay the $4.50 for the rest of my order and the employee said she can’t take card unless I spend more money to meet their minimum credit card allowable.If the employee got my order correct in the first place I wouldn’t need to run my card again. I don’t mind the mistake, or waiting, what bothers me is the employee trying to get me to buy more donuts to meet their minimum credit card vs just making her mistake right.
When working at LAX Lucky donuts is a must!! I prefer it over Randy's. Customer service is always great. Very pretty and friendly

Best Apple fritter ever! I've always loved them, but lately every place I've gotten them at are too greasy or have too much frosting. This is the first place in a long time that I've actually gotten to enjoy my Apple fritter. Super fresh, not greasy at all and just the perfect amount of glaze. Great service, great donuts!

The Donuts are fresh, light and very tasty.The young lady working in the a.m. is very pleasant and extremely accommodating.Been back 2 days in a row, now I have to cut back for a couple of days.We tried a variety of the pastry and so far they are all good.FYI, they are made FRESH, twice a day.
