Terrible customer service, the quality of the fries is terrible. Been coming here when I get off work and it doesn’t matter the time, morning afternoon or evening, they never have shakes or mcflurry, never. Wouldn’t recommend this location whatsoever

I ordered over the drive thru and requested (fresh chicken nuggets bc I was driving far and it was my McDonald location nearest,and he didn’t put it on my receipt,and at window I asked again and she just said oh ok” and then I asked when I pick up my food and she just asked for my receipt and she said yes it’s your 40 pieces chicken nuggets,and I checked they were hard,un fresh,cold and I just left bc I couldn’t repeat more times of what I had repeated.

If you want a truly fresh meal, always visit this location during lunch hours. When asking for meals to be fresh, the staff is always accommodating.. Never visit during restaurants after 9PM meals never fresh and when asking for freshly prepared meals they taste like 2 days old ones...

As a regular customer of Ronald's... I was very disappointed. I order at the terminal with a meal on site (so served at the table).After 7 minutes, my order is ready, but the employee shouts my No and puts the tray on the counter and returns to the kitchen....On the tray my order, but without the drinks. I ask for the drinks and the employee says, "what was that?" They were ready next to the machine, because in 2 seconds the girl came with my two cups, but without straws... She gave them to me saying "here".... I don't want that we get down on our knees, but at least a word of apology... In short, really not great
The drive thru menu board is completely broken. So you can't really order anything and the staff doesn't know the menu either... they just plug stuff into a computer. So when you go there and you go to the drive-thru, you can't order anything cuz the menu board is broken.

I pulled into the drive thru at 6:50 am, and I did not pull out until 7:07 am. Completely unacceptable for "fast" food.Update 2024, haven't been to this location in years. Order and payment went smooth and fast. Set in the drive thru spot for 15 mins. No change...
