This location in particular is always behind the store down the road. Poor customer SVC every time. I ask if they have a certain bagel, they tell me yes, then an online order comes in and then the lead ask me if they can substitute for me. So the online order is more important than the customer standing in front of you. This has happened 3 times at this location, every time it’s a lead. Poor service is a reflection of the store / locations leadership and this location is failing.

Ordered an onion bagel with plain schmear based on what I was seeing at the counter (good size, fluffy), was surprised that the bagel was way smaller than any of the counter ones.
The taste wasn't bad, and it was chewy, but was disappointed with the size.

I’m rating strictly based on the customer service I received. Jose, the General Manager, was extremely helpful with my large online order. He even took the time to call me back to ensure everything was handled efficiently. That follow-up call showed he truly goes above and beyond, a clear sign that he cares about his customers.

The bagels are so good I have to give this five stars! However they actually forgot to give us the cream cheese we ordered with the six bagels. Thankfully we still had some cream cheese at home. The customer service could use some work, and the machines were pretty loud in there, but I would still come back for the delicious bagels.

Authentic NY-style bagels in LA- what more do you need to know? This shop is on the south side of LAX, so it’s in a perfect location to grab a carry-on sandwich when heading for a flight.

3/28/25- Terrible staff, very unprofessional manager.
Took 22 mins to get one bagel with egg. Don't go there in the mornings, you’ll get your food faster at a restaurant.
Great place for yummy bagels and coffee.

I usually order pickup and my orders are always accurate and the bagels are great. Service on the other hand is non existent. I’ve often stood at the counter to get my order and not one employee has ever greeted me. I have always drawn their attention which is a shame as they should greet their customers. I still go here but I prefer the rosecrans location as their service is better.

The bagel sandwich’s are good, but they cannot really make dirty chai tea latte lol. My fiancé had the caramel macchiato and it was good. However, it took a long time just to get our two coffees. Nice outdoor area
