I like the food here at North Italia but I wish they would be a little more transparent about how long you have to wait for your food. I called at 7 PM on a Monday for takeout. They told me it would be 30 minutes. I arrived at 7:30 PM and they said they were going to get my order and I would just have to take a seat. The atmosphere of the place was very nice, it was crowded so I was excited and hungry. Our waitress was very nice and on time about everything. I have the calamari for an app which was not my fave at all, very thick slices that tasted prefrozen, the aoli, however, was delicious. For an entree, I ordered the chicken parm with rigatoni, the chicken was dry and hard to swallow and the pasta was tasteless.
Such a pretty comfortable spot to dine at. Many seating areas, inside and patio. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food....omg the food. I have been here 3 times and each time the food has been amazing.
