The barista on POS was rude, didn’t smile or greet us or anything. I’m a barista too and know how draining of a job it can be but he made zero effort to be pleasant. Then my friend asked for a splash of milk in his tea after it was made and they reprimanded him saying he needs to ask when he orders next time. Idk if that’s because they typically charge for a splash of milk but if that’s the case, that’s a little ridiculous, a splash of milk should be standard. Offset was cool back in the day but their quality all around has fallen off since expanding so much. :-(

If you place a drink order to stay be prepared to wait ! Barista spaced my order , watched 7 people come in after I placed my order ( cortado ) and watched them leave. When I came to counter : barista Brev inquired if u needed something and the gal who took my order chimed in that pour over orders are faster. How about just apologizing for your error.

I got the salted maple latte, so unique and delicious. I got it half sweet and it was plenty sweet. Very smooth coffee. I also got the bacon and egg biscuit sandwich with avocado, needed salt but was delicious and very filling. Service was friendly. Lots of open tables. Big parking lot. I will be back.
Good study spot with wifi and some tables indoor. A lot of outdoor seating! Only wish it stayed open a bit later lol

We love Offset! The drinks and food are the best anywhere in the SouthBay and the staff is always friendly and professional. Would love a bigger location with some tables to sit but I'll take it just as it is and enjoy my breakfast at the beach instead.
