I always seem to end up at this Panera Bread whenever I’m near LAX. One thing I really like is the large parking lot—parking is never an issue here.
The place is clean and relatively quiet, although it feels a bit understaffed at times. I usually stop by just for tea, but today I also grabbed a bagel. Everything was just as good as you’d expect from any Panera.
Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable stop, especially if you’re heading to or from the airport.

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt to go. My partner was eating it and enjoying it, but near the end she found a clear, sharp plastic like piece inside the sandwich. This could have seriously hurt her. She stopped eating immediately. This is a major food safety concern and very upsetting. I hope this location takes this seriously.

I liked this place. The soup served in bread was delicious, and the chicken sandwich with basil was very tasty as well. Everything was prepared very quickly, which was a nice bonus.

One of the two managers on duty, JUAN, just called the Police on me, simply because I was sitting inside of the venue and I did not purchase an item. MIND YOU, OTHER PATRONS HAD DONE THE SAME THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS WELL. Moreover, I have seen DRUG ADDICTS come into this SAME establishment and NO STAFF MEMBER addressed them to leave. I had NEVER had a bad experience with the company EVER, UNTIL TODAY. Four police officers JUST left this location, all because I was eating my lunch inside, to avoid random bugs outside. This was VERY disappointing and upsetting. I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN THE MORNING TO EXPLAIN THIS INCIDENT.
I visited Pandera yesterday hoping to enjoy my favorite cherry danish, but was disappointed to find that their pastry selection has been significantly reduced. Not only were the options limited, but the pastries themselves were noticeably smaller, but still priced at a premium. It feels like Pandera has shifted toward a Starbucks-style model: minimal variety, undersized portions, and inflated costs. Sadly, it’s no longer the bakery I used to love, and I won’t be returning.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. A little expensive but where else can you get this kind of meal for this price? Any good food is about this price anyway. The only thing is why did they do away with sourdough bread??? Or am I incorrect on that?
