I ordered medium well and they brought my steak rare!
Great service
Good variety of choice at a reasonable price. We had red snapper with the shrimp sauce and a tri-tip special of the day which was part of a set dinner both were very good. My only criticisms are that the first two tables we were sat were unstable so we moved to a booth and at that booth there was a door leading to the veranda seating when opened released a fast breeze into the main dining room where we were seated. We and another couple seated at an adjacent booth took turns closing the door to stop the breeze. Fix these flaws and the rating increases to an enthusiastic recommendation.
Service and food was excellent
Consistent good food service & ambience. That's why we go back there every chance we get for our business dinners.
The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived so we were seated immediately upon checking in. Even though, we did have a reservation. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Our food was pretty good as well as the dessert. It was a bit more expensive than I would've liked but overall great night!
The meal was fantastic. Our server was perfect. It took about 50 minutes to get our meal due to a shift change (we didn't appreciate that). However, we were given a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience. That was the right thing to do.
Went to Paul Martin's for a formal business dinner. The service was the best thing to write home about. Both servers were attentive to needs, but skilled to know how to not interrupt the broader discussion. The food was quite good, but the portions a bit small. Not a problem, but I would plan to order some apps (also very good) prior to the entrees. Perhaps not a fair comparison for a review, but the group was in a private room that was decorated in bomb shelter chic. Nothing of interest on the wall, bland colors, not much of interest. The non-private room appeared to have a good ambiance and energy (hard to tell as we did not eat in the main dining room).
I had a Caesar salad. It very good.
Went there with coworkers and the service was phenomenal. They were able to seat 8 of us without a reservation relatively quickly and it was quite busy. The waitress provided advice on the options, down to the taste of a couple of the meals. I love when the waitstaff is knowledgeable about the food options. It makes for a better experience!

Very nice experience. Nice customer service food was delicious we'll be back soon thanks for the hospitality
We were there for my father's birthday and it was his first time dining there. I've been several times and every single time it is an amazing experience!!
I absolutely love this restaurant, the location, and the staff. This is my “go to” for business lunches, “ladies lunch”, and everything in between.
The experience started off shaky with the greeter, but the Guest Service Manager Oscar Torres stepped right up and made the rest of our experience at Paul Martin an A plus experience. Guest service makes a huge difference in any experience I just want to acknowledge him for his professionalism and good energy and making our dinning experience enjoyable.
I had previously gone to brunch here a number of years ago and was just OK for the price. So we were looking for a local place recently for Easter brunch and decided to go to Paul Martin's. So glad that we did! The brunch was very good and I will let others know how good it was.
