This thing is disgusting the avocado and the sour cream tasted so expired had a ant on my fries and when I was going to pay I saw ants crawling next to the food. I need a refund ?? pay almost 30 bucks for some asada fries

So this is not very good Mexican food , it could be good but it’s just not. The food doesn’t have much flavor, everything tastes the same. Don’t try the el pastor, it’s over cooked pork loin soaking in some weird red sauce. The rice is hit or miss , sometimes it’s all cooked and sometimes it’s half cooked.When it comes to the construction of your burrito try as hard as you can the have the one female working the front make your burrito. Heaven have mercy on your burrito if the short cook guy from the back in the apron comes and “try’s to help”, he really sucks at burrito construction. He makes a horrible burrito, I usually wave the next customer past if I see him.Moral of the story, if you have to eat here have the ladies make your burrito!!!

This place is ridiculous. I had to go back to the cash register 3x bc they kept saying they charged me incorrectly, they charged me for another person's order, then they didn't charge me at all. I was already at my car, and another man was at his car. First they called the man in. We ate inside but it wasn't until I was at my car I was called back in to charge me again! I also told him I had to throw away the Shrimp Cocktail because it was going bad and starting to ferment, and suggested he throw away the other ones. He shrugged and said, "it happens". Food safety is not important obviously. I never throw any food away either. He didn't care and charged me for it, for a 3rd time. What a hassle, waste of time, and money! I felt bad about the ordeal with the previous customer that I didn't throw away the food inside the restaurant but only until my experience did I mention something. I just can't believe that response.

Never had an issue with this place until 10/13/2021. I used a $20 bill to pay for chips and salsa. When I got home I realized I got the wrong change. I called the next day to talk to a manager, and to see if cameras could be looked through to see my case. The guy who opens/closes told me that no manager was available. I asked him if he remembered me, and he stated yes. I explained what happened, and told me “next time check your change.” I asked for a manager to call me back. He said “it didn’t matter and the manager would side with him.” I told him that was fine that I just wanted to speak with the manager. He then told me “do you hear me? Do you speak English, or do you want Spanish?” He then hung up on me. I can’t believe the service from this place.
