I ordered using the app, it was extremely convenient. I ordered the mint mojito for my bf and philharmonic for myself. They were both delicious and prepared to perfection! My usual order is the mint mojito but I felt like having a hot drink so I ordered the philharmonic since it was close to my usual and this did not disappoint. I had a little trouble finding parking, when I finally parked I walked in to my order ready for pick up. This location is great.

Ok, I feel I have to give this Philz location a full 5 stars because their service is so solid.
This is a super busy location, they have 4 baristas just constantly making drinks and their mobile pick up area is completely packed with drinks waiting to be picked up.
I came in a got a mojito coffee and a cookie croissant, which was very tasty, but I don’t dare look up the calories or sugar content of this.
There’s one person on cash and food duty, so it does take a bit for food. And while I was waiting for my drink, I decided to take a bite of my croissant, but me being the uncoordinated oaf that I am, I dropped the croissant on the ground before I even got a bite. Disappointment fell across my face as it splattered crumbs in every direction like a buttery grenade throwing cookie and crust shrapnel everywhere.
The nice lady at the front saw the horror and disappointment on my face and offered me a new croissant, free of charge. I offered to clean up after myself, and did my best, but she insisted. The notion was really appreciated and it made the cookie croissant taste that much better when I finally got it into my mouth and not all over the floor.

I absolutely love philz coffee, and the staff are so friendly, but when I order online and it still take 30 minutes before my drinks are done i can't help but be a bit annoyed. I ordered at 9:50, I've been standing here since 10:07, and I still haven't recieved it at 10:22. Staff is so nice but you need to give more realistic wait times if it's going to take nearly an hour

I tried the Mint Mojito Iced Coffee, and it was absolutely delicious—refreshing and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The baristas are super friendly and take the time to customize your drink to your liking, which makes the experience even better.
The cozy seating area is perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Plus, they have a great selection of pastries to pair with your coffee.
If you're in El Segundo and looking for a top-notch coffee experience, Philz Coffee is the place to go! I can’t wait to come back and try more of their unique blends!

Lovely friendly and accommodating staff.
Music in the patio was way too loud and disruptive for working environment (we were there during a workday and the only guests). We asked the staff to make adjustments and the music system they’re on is incredibly limited. The music was already on the lowest volume setting they could select, and they could not directly adjust the music choices. This makes me pretty concerned for Philz as a business, because historically their strength has been in allowing locations the freedom to personalize the branch to the needs of their community. The staff was sympathetic and understood that they were presenting a sub-par experience but their hands were tied.
At the very least allow them more degrees of volume control! Speaker systems everywhere are different you can’t expect to get that right out of a top-down decision.
