I ordered using the app, it was extremely convenient. I ordered the mint mojito for my bf and philharmonic for myself. They were both delicious and prepared to perfection! My usual order is the mint mojito but I felt like having a hot drink so I ordered the philharmonic since it was close to my usual and this did not disappoint. I had a little trouble finding parking, when I finally parked I walked in to my order ready for pick up. This location is great.

Closed at 4:51PM and hours posted online and on signage say 6. Staff looked at me, then double checked the door was locked without saying a word to me and continued to keep closing. Joke staff lmao wtf a whole HOUR 10 min early?

Ok, I feel I have to give this Philz location a full 5 stars because their service is so solid.
This is a super busy location, they have 4 baristas just constantly making drinks and their mobile pick up area is completely packed with drinks waiting to be picked up.
I came in a got a mojito coffee and a cookie croissant, which was very tasty, but I don’t dare look up the calories or sugar content of this.
There’s one person on cash and food duty, so it does take a bit for food. And while I was waiting for my drink, I decided to take a bite of my croissant, but me being the uncoordinated oaf that I am, I dropped the croissant on the ground before I even got a bite. Disappointment fell across my face as it splattered crumbs in every direction like a buttery grenade throwing cookie and crust shrapnel everywhere.
The nice lady at the front saw the horror and disappointment on my face and offered me a new croissant, free of charge. I offered to clean up after myself, and did my best, but she insisted. The notion was really appreciated and it made the cookie croissant taste that much better when I finally got it into my mouth and not all over the floor.

I absolutely love philz coffee, and the staff are so friendly, but when I order online and it still take 30 minutes before my drinks are done i can't help but be a bit annoyed. I ordered at 9:50, I've been standing here since 10:07, and I still haven't recieved it at 10:22. Staff is so nice but you need to give more realistic wait times if it's going to take nearly an hour
