We went mid-afternoon on a Monday, and it was empty. The fruit toppings looked fresh and appealing. You can try a taste of the various yogurts. We ordered the small size, and you can order up to 3 toppings. They had a non-dairy option, peach, which was yummy like a sorbet, and my hubby enjoyed it. I had the chocolate hazelnut, and it didn't have a strong flavor of hazelnut, but it was yummy. My friends ordered pomegranate, and they enjoyed theirs too. The server was professional...
The yogurt was very good. I just don’t like the fact that they have to serve you now that’s why I decided to give three stars instead of five other than that the yogurt and fruit was very good. I wanted to get another but I didn’t want to be greedy. But it’s not self-serve anymore so I get three out of five.

Food: Pinkberry as a chain has a good, consistent soft serve frozen yogurt. They have a good variety of flavors and the toppings are fresh and quality. The serving sizes are good and priced accordingly.
