We were a party of 10 with a reservation. Our server was great, but overworked. It was unfortunate that I basically bussed our own tables... clearing appetizer plates and dinner plates and refilling napkins etc. I could tell it was because he was super slammed and it was an issue with the management, and not with him. Still very happy with the server and tipped as normal. However management needs to not overwork people with a table of 10 especially - people celebrating a birthday...
I went there with my employee/ friend. We went up to the bar for a quick cold one and some grub. Jasmine was very awesome, very friendly and of course easy on the eyes.We will be back again for sure.And definitely asking for her. We made sure we let the manager know on the way out, As well, keep doing what you guys are doing!!
I feel very fortunate the Rock and Brew was able to last minute accommodate my group of 30+ when my pooolside outdoor birthday party had to relocate due to rain. The staff were so incredibly kind and polite and they handled the many tabs/mixed bar tab situation really well. The assistant manager came over and checked on me multiple times and when they needed to switch to dinner service, they were so polite and we were able to move my group to the covered patio.
