Sooooooo came here on a Monday because we didn’t want it to be busy. Got here at 3pm and had to wait to throw axes which was fine - everyone was very nice and friendly
Fast forward to the night shift.
The girl with the blonde hair that stands closest to the front door was so rude.
We first asked her (while playing darts) if we could play cornhole. She said no it’s closed. Mind you it’s 7:45pm.
We didn’t think that was right. We already spent a lot of money on drinks and arcade games. Surely there MUST be some kind of accommodation - our amazing server said hey let me ask the manager. Sure enough we were able to play.
That host that sits at the front walks up to us and gives us the dirtiest look to return the darts then says you have to walk around for cornhole since I closed it already. Yeah it doesn’t sound rude but tone, body language, and facial expressions play a huge part of what you say and you can clearly see she was annoyed. Idk why. But call ahead when coming here to see timings. Won’t be coming here again.

Sports bar / BBQ / arcade games / axe throwing. Perfect for our guys night. Large selection of whiskey, house beers, and a full bar. Excellent bbq: ribs, brisket, sausage, chicken and good sides. Not quiet. Big place. Try the axe throwing, it’s fun!

Celebrated my 35th birthday at this establishment and it was amazing ...delicious food, fun arcade games and the axe throwing was a blast. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend the watermelon cucumber drink. Great customer service can't wait to go back

The Baseline: For a sit down chain BBQ restaurant the bbq meats must be quality/tasty, the sides need to be a good accompaniment to the meats, the smoke flavor must be present, drinks should be stiff, service should be efficient, and the restaurant should have character.
Food: The bbq at Sauced is pretty good with a good amount of smoke flavor and good consistency to the meat. The sides are really good with great garlic mashed potatoes and baked beans. For the meat I had good sized pork ribs, pull-apart brisket which were tasty but the smoke was a bit infused with smoke that left me with a little reflux (I fully admit it may be my anatomy on that issue). The pork belly I had was not very crisp so i might avoid that in the future. Four stars on the food.
Service: Decent service but we came on Father’s Day so it was busy. We got bar seating and we were taken care of pretty quickly but I had to wait for water refills.
Ambiance: Great fun and great environment for a BBQ restaurant. Games, bar, outdoor patio, well organized tables and chairs. Super fun place to eat BBQ.

Food and service was great 👍🏽 I took my father for Father's Day this past weekend and he loved it. My only comment is about atmosphere 😬 if you're hoping for a relaxing dining experience... THIS IS NOT IT. We were sat inside and I was immediately overstimulated. IT IS WAY TOO LOUD. There is an arcade in the middle of the restaurant. I'm not sure if the sound level is due to the arcade placement or the walls, but I would never be able to sit inside with that noise level. Thankfully there was available seating outside and that's where we sat which was 1000x better. This is not an exaggeration, so think wisely before sitting inside.
