Shake Shack El Segundo

To be honest, I went there twice with my mother. I wasn’t impressed. The customer service people were rude that work there they don’t tell you that you have to order everything individually on top of everything not just that they don’t offer you drinks they don’t tell you about anything that’s special and when you ask them what’s good on the menu they tell you I don’t know. I wouldn’t recommend this place but other people might like it. I won’t be returning after the second time I’ve tried my best with them, but it’s not my place.!!!!

First time eating Shake Shack and it was very good. Staff was awesome.

Friendly staff and delicious atmosphere

First time trying this location. I placed an online order of double burger and chicken sandwich.
The parking is at rear of the building.
The restaurant has plenty of seating.
It's clean and the staff is friendly.
My order was correct and ready on time upon arrival.
Portions are ok. A bit pricey imo but the quality is good.
The food is very yummy!

I went to grab a soda... It $4.92 for the soda alone. Never again!

Kayla provided great customer service and assisted while we dined. We enjoyed the services immensely

When I'm in LA, I'm nearby shake shack. My family loves going here for the hamburgers and especially the cheese fries. I love their new combos of burgers whenever they come out with something good, I recently had one with fried onions and barbecue sauce that was awesome. My only criticism are the prices, you can get something arguably better at In-N-Out for 1/3 of the price. It's a good experience though, and they have great malted milkshakes

Parking: There's parking behind the restaurant away from the street, but that lot is usually full due to the amount of popular restaurants nearby especially near lunch time. There's also a parking garage just a bit down the side street, as well as another free parking lot behind a gym.

Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair accessibility, the doors might be closing too fast though with the door closers. Could use assistance for wheelchairs.
