Come in very early in the morning, the lady taking my order laughed loudly without considering they have customer here. Laugh is ok, but this is not your home, I just want a quiet morning.

Amazing location. Great staff, gave me a great suggestion on coffee and very tasty. Not to mention extra points for the atmosphere and played a good game of chess.

Barista is super rude, cannot take an order for three coffee without getting confused. All would be forgiven if the coffee was made well, but unfortunately not. Bitter over extracted and has no idea how to foam oat milk

The croissant was clearly stale from previous day sold as fresh.

I like this place a lot. I like the smell of the fresh beans it warms my soul. The girl who works there amber is a gem. But I gotta say. Bring back the damn turkey sandwich.

I used to look forward to this place every day - the coffee is amazing, the baristas are next level and so nice and welcoming.. BUT, recently my life was shattered after learning they removed their famous turkey sandwich. It was the best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life, I used to have dreams about this turkey sandwich. When I was having a hard day - I would walk over and get the turkey sandwich (subbing the Swiss for the fresh mozzarella) and it would turn my frown upside down. Please please please bring back the turkey sandwich, I’m willing to donate to the cause. To quote the hit song by The Fray this is how to save a life…

This coffee shop is such a great spot. It’s a roastery on the inside with a cool industrial vibe that fits the area perfectly. The coffee is excellent, rich, and always tastes fresh.

It’s in a more industrial part of town, but that adds to the charm. It does get pretty busy at times, but there’s usually enough seating to find a spot. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Tried this place a few times as had to be in the building for a week. The croissants were hard and it was impossible to sit in there and drink coffee with head-banging music at 9:00 am cranked up super loud. The women that work here are clueless as to customer service and act like they’re doing you a favor getting what you order. It really is a shame as there is a very prominent rehab facility next door and this would be perfect for patients to relax and enjoy a bite.

Yea these people suck at customer service and food delivery timing. A simple sandwich takes half an hour to make. Kind of defeats the purpose of having them in a corporate building where people are trying to grab and go. AND they got the sandwich wrong multiple times even after that. No sense of urgency or quality at all.

It has been almost 30m and I still haven’t gotten a simple “Imperial Breakfast”. Very low foot traffic as well. No reason for some eggs bacon and hash browns to take this long..

Smokey Hollow is convenient, quick and has an ambiance that is super chill and welcoming. The cafe is located in a building that’s walking distance from everything so no matter where I order from, my food will be hot and ready. If the food is not ready, there is a courtyard there where you can play ping pong, corn hole, or miniature golf while waiting. Plus the staff Johnny and Kush need a shoutout as they are pleasant and make amazing coffee drinks. I love working in this building and this one of the best amenities offered so prop to the building management team as well!
