The starbucks app lets you order from here with NO WARNING that you need air force base access to pick it up. Fix this
Horrible customer service....
Tempesst is the top employee there. She provides outstanding customer service, always greeting everyone with a smile and a warm welcome. I truly appreciate her. I love going there just because of her

Workers there have a horrible attitude. Three people were there, I was second. And my drink came out 20 minutes later. My coffee tasted burnt then they gave me a lemon pound cake that expired TWO months ago. They really did not want to work that day, out here trying to give people food poisoning with expired food. If you go, check the expiration date or just don’t go. It’s not worth it.

They literally never open on time. Crowds of people wait every morning and most end up leaving because no one will open the doors. Today specifically we waited for AN HOUR and they still didn’t open the door. Y’all open at 6:30 why are you not open at 6:30? Most of the employees are pretty nice and helpful.. one of them not so much. He always has the worst attitude but that’s a different review.

Useless workers. Would rather spend time yakking with each other than actually help the line of customers waiting. 3 Baristas helped a grand total of 1 customer in 10 minutes. They have even turned off their online ordering option to ensure there is even less work for them to do.
They have less selection than a full sized Starbucks.
YOU NEED ACCESS TO THE BASE TO GET IN!
Excellent service when you can get inside. Great items but the place stays crowded, wait time is from 30 minutes to 45 minutes just standing in line to order. You always get what you wait for. A great cup of tea or java.
Not open to public.

Located inside the Exchange food court on Los Angeles Air Force Base.
Great different teas and drinks.
Good place to go for quick coffee, fast service
This is a limited Starbucks inside the base exchange.
Why lie and say you have soup on your menu when you cleary do not. Bad business move.
