Why is it December 21st, 11:15am and the doors are LOCKED AND STORE IS CLOSED. When they open at 11am. It's the holiday season and this is BULL SHIT. Update: employee just came LATE. Bad bad business.

Wanted to pick up some party favors for an event on Sunday. Stopped by on a Wednesday at 6:20, but they were closed despite hours saying open til 7pm. Stopped by on Saturday at 4:50 (in case they closed early) but there was a sign up saying "back at 5:15." It's holiday shopping season and it seems bad business to be so frequently closed. I'll be picking up party favors elsewhere.

Love this place. I would recommend it to anyone who is bringing a California or Office appropriate but thoughtful gift. The staff is always helpful and this specific location is great, accessible simple and clean.

Ah yes.The candy I can’t get enough of.Even though they don’t carry anymore my very favorite Swedish Fish. But they do have the Peach Bellini which if you haven’t tried it, well what have you been doing with your life.But who am I to say.Please go here and try it!!

Rushed over to pick up a gift @ 1230 expecting the store to be open at 1100 on Saturday.. only to find out it was closed despite all the other shops being open. Hung out until 1:00 pm. Still not open and no sign indicating the store was closed. Instead, hours reflect opening everyday at 1100.

Adela at Sugerfina is a wonderful, caring person and I am so thankful that I found her on the other end of my phone line at Sugerfina - The Point. I had an issue with my order placed via Grubhub and she heard the stress in my voice when I called in to try to resolve the Grubhub issue and offered to drive my gift herself to my bosses house!!! WOW! I wouldn't have had another option. Thank you for being a thoughtful caring person and your boss and anyone that walks into your store will be very luck to have met you. We are canceling Grubhub at the end of the month and I will start using Sugerfina for our corporate gifts going forward and all because her. I also spoke to a very helpful girl in the AM and she made sure my sure my gift was packed in a birthday box and even wrote a personalized birthday note for the Bento Box. I will update with her name when I remember it and how the candies were later.

The lady shouted at my children WAY BEFORE they reach out to touch anything. I understand it's for our safety.... you don't want to clean after my children, but that was rude. Every time we come here, there is always someone rude standing in the center of the shop. I swear. don't like coming here.

I visited the store this Saturday. Upon entering, the male associate was looking down at something at the checkout station, and didn't even bother to greet me. It's ok, I knew what I was gonna get so no big deal. I picked up a box as a gift and some small bags for myself and went to wait in line. A female associate showed up out of nowhere, and offered to help me. I don't know her name but she has pretty amber eyes. She was very friendly and go above and beyond helping me signing up the rewards, redeemed free gifts for me, and packed my merchandise into two neat bags all in good timely fashion! I didn't expect to get good customer service at this kind of shops but girl you did an amazing job!

First World Problem Review #2 for 2019: As per my previous review, I failed to heed my own advice by calling ahead to see what they had available. Naomi that was so helpful is probably long gone, considering how much service here has tanked. On my second visit, too much time has spanned since my first here. For your birthday-if you sign up for their program-you can get a 3-piece bento box if you reach a certain level, and fill it with you choice of candy (some may cost more, this they will let you know). I mistakenly told the associate and she handed me the box and said to select my three. Turns out this location had one of the three I was specifically looking for which was a letdown, but when I went to inform her of this, she said it was too late since it was already deducted from my account. Perhaps I spoke too soon but I cannot understand why this couldn't be voided since your location didn't have what I wanted. Neither of the two associates were helpful or apologetic (although it is not their fault, the lack of consideration made this worse then it could have been). They just kind of stood there and when I requested to go to another shop to get my fill, they said they 'think that could happen.' I made sure to get their names (which to cut them a break I won't leave here) and went off to Century City, where the service wasn't too much better, but at least they had what I was looking for. If I end up here again, I hope 'Aaron' will be working.
