If you’re looking for a bar experience that feels like catching up with old friends, look no further than Tapizôn, where the magic happens behind the bar thanks to Grace and Erica. Grace is a whirlwind of energy and creativity; every time I visit, she greets me with a smile and a new cocktail idea that’s just begging to be tried. Her tropical Caipirinha is a personal favorite—it’s not just a drink; it’s a mini-vacation in a glass! Grace has this incredible knack for mixing flavors that dance on your palate, and she always remembers my preferences, making me feel like I’m her favorite customer (though I know she treats everyone that way).
Then there’s Erica, who brings an entirely different but equally delightful vibe to the bar. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel right at home, no matter how busy the place gets. Her warmth and genuine interest in her guests create an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Erica knows her stuff when it comes to cachaça and is always ready with recommendations that perfectly complement whatever I’m eating. Plus, her stories about the origins of the drinks add an extra layer of fun to the experience.
Together, Grace and Erica are like the ultimate dream team behind the bar at Tapizôn. Their banter and camaraderie light up the space, turning what could be just another night out into a lively gathering filled with laughter and good vibes. Whether it’s a casual weeknight or a festive weekend, their chemistry makes every visit feel like a celebration—one where you’re not just another customer but part of their bar family.
In a city overflowing with dining options, Tapizôn stands out not just for its inventive cocktails but for the warmth and friendliness of Grace and Erica. They elevate the bar experience to something truly special, ensuring that each visit leaves you feeling uplifted and eager to return. If you haven’t had the chance to meet them yet, do yourself a favor—stop by Tapizôn for some amazing drinks and even better company!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Erica and Grace, and I can confidently say they are two of the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered. Their professionalism, charisma, and attention to detail set them apart.

From the moment I walked in, both Erica and Grace made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and friendly demeanor. They have an incredible knack for balancing efficiency with genuine hospitality, ensuring everyone feels attended to even during the busiest hours.

The drinks they crafted were absolutely top-notch—perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and tailored to individual preferences. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly enjoy what they do, which makes all the difference. Whether it’s a classic cocktail or a creative recommendation, they never miss the mark.

What really impressed me was their teamwork and ability to keep the energy positive and engaging behind the bar. It’s rare to find a duo so in sync and dedicated to providing an outstanding experience.

If you’re lucky enough to be served by Erica and Grace, you’re in for a treat. They elevate the entire atmosphere of the establishment and set the standard for excellent service. Highly recommend!

We brought my Mother here to celebrate her 60th birthday on 11/8/24. Reviews looked good and so did the pictures. After eating here 5 out of 6 people got sick. OVERALL BAD!

THE FOOD:
Lets just say appetizers were the best part. The staff brought everyones food out BUT mine. I had to wait 8 minutes longer for the food and the worst part was that the brisket came out cold. My family wasn't really eating because they were waiting on my plate so we can eat as a family. Their food got cold waiting. My brisket came with Brussels sprouts which were overly done. They left a burnt taste in my mouth. My brother and sister got the steak, it wasnt cooked how they ordered it. My brother who eats anything and large quantities didnt finish his steak because it was over cooked and burnt not medium rare. My mom wasn't happy with the food plate she got a plate where she could taste shrimp, chicken, and steak, etc. Food needs to be paired better

We didn't want to make a scene since it was my mother's birthday.

THE SERVICE:
Waiter was quick with refils and was sympathetic about the food. Got us a free brownie although not enough for what we paid. We tiped him well, we know he's not incharge of food.

THE ATMOSPHERE:
It was a little to dark, im 31 and like a dark restaurant but when you have to use your phone light to read the menu thats not good. The roof kept leaking water onto our tables. It was excessive water, we saw some spider webs on the ceiling but from it being dark couldnt see if the water falling was clean. I will say the restaurant decor was nice.

What a great Brazilian themed neighborhood spot! Food is outstanding and the service is so warm and welcoming. The vibe and decor are awesome. We ran the menu! The ahi crudo, cheesy dice and pao de queijo were phenomenal. Picanha was the star of the show. The corn flan was unbelievable. All paired with endless caipirinhas made for a great meal.

Easy to miss since there isn't a big sign out front and you can't tell the cuisine from looking at it, but it's really nice inside with some interesting options. Definitely worth a visit!

Brazilian fusion perfection. From the moment we walked in we were treated like old friends. The owner, Almir, greeted us at the door and gave us a tour of the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the restaurant. The murals were so colorful. You have to get the Brazilian coffee with breakfast/brunch. Balanced and aromatic. We went with the suggested bowls and wrap and were really happy with that choice. Everything was fresh, full of flavor and obviously made with love. The grilled portobello mushrooms were some of the best I have had. The waitress and owner were so attentive during our visit.
I would honestly come down to LAX early for a flight just to come back here!

Food is amazing. We got there just as they were closing. The owner went in the kitchen and asked them to please keep the kitchen open for us. The meal was wonderful. Pumpkin soup was perfect. Chicken Milanese. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at Tapizon! The ambiance is fantastic - beautiful artwork at every turn, the heat lamps in the outside patio area were a wonderful touch. We had an attentive waiter who met all our needs, providing water, lemon slices for our water, cracked pepper for our salad, and taking several pictures for us. We had the PICANHA APERITIVO as an appetizer, which was excellent and a perfect size for our table of four. We ordered two CHICKEN PAILLARD and a KALE SALAD to share among us. The chicken dishes were topped with lots of veggies and were a large portion! We were glad we split the dishes. Though the dish had a yummy flavor, the chicken was quite tough, even when cutting with a steak knife. My favorite dish was the baby kale salad, which was a delicious mix of tart, sweet and umami flavors. The owner came by several times to make sure we were comfortable. He also shared about the design and art in the restaurant. He was very personable and made the experience very special. Overall, a great value and lovely ambience!

MONTJOY ENTERPRISES

This was hands down was one of the best experiences around Los Angeles! This venue is nestled, snugly in the city of El Segundo, off the beaten path. The ambience and vibe is off the charts. I was able to host a party of fifty, no problem. We nearly shut the place down having so much fun playing games as a group, listening to music, eating delicious food and my party tried to drink the bar dry. I would highly, highly recommend Tapizôn based on the service, quality of the food & the experience. I hit this spot up often alone, with 3-5 friends, colleagues or a large party. They have you covered. Tell em’ BIG ROB sent you!
