Just one detail I have seen, I don't know if it's only happened to me, but my food doesn't arrive hot as I like it, I don't know if they are very short of staff. But that Pacific Bowl is delicious, thank you very much.

Since they changed their menu the food doesnât taste the same anymore. The Thai shrimp plate was my favorite but I was disappointed with it. Their tables and the bathroom were dirty. I didnât ask for help because they were busy and few employees working.
Not only did they take forever with my order ( to the point where my other three friends were already done eating their meals) but the fried chicken was freeze dried and the falafel was so hard that my friend couldnât even get her fork into it. The shrimp tasted like it was in the freezer and not fresh at all. All four of use were scared that we were gonna go home with food poising. So badddddd

First of all, the food was fantastic!!! It was flavorful and yet so healthy. We ordered a plate with seared tuna with mac n cheese and baby spinach on the side. I savored and almost licked my plate. My husband order the chicken pesto and it's also scrumptious!!!
Secondly, Jason who took our order suggested the things we ate and he is exceptional. His smile, his service, and so friendly. You need more of him! The other staff, Mayen & Evelyn were also great! Overall experience was awesome!

Have recently and repeatedly had nothing but bad experiences at this restaurant in El Segundo. Whenever I place a phone order in the evening it's done wrong. Was there May 20th. I'd placed a phone order and repeated what I wanted twice. I ordered my meal well done and modified my side dishes. When I got to the restaurant and looked at the order it was completely wrong. The meat was rare and side dishes were done incorrectly. They had to remake the meal. When I got home realized the steak was still not well done it was medium well. The arugula was not fresh about a third of the salad had to be tossed. The staff was at best indifferent and didn't care that the meal was prepared incorrectly. This is not the first time this has happened. I looked at the order receipt and everything I had specified was not on the receipt. No special instructions, no modification. Called and spoke to the manager the next day who was supposed to refund my purchase. 3 days later that has not happened. I was also told I'd receive a call back. That also did not happen. Will no longer go to this location. Torrance location is much better they get your order right and they actually pay attention to modifications and requests.
