Pretty good salads but the challenge is the time to fulfill orders. I’ve been here about 4 times. Normally takes 20-30 minutes to fill a single salad order around lunch. About $20 for a salad plus drink. Order ahead and they have taken longer than the 24 minute estimate. And they forget to add your drink so you walk back after getting to your desk to ask again for the drink.Parking: Very packed lot so be ready to valet.

Amazing place to eat. Food is fresh and healthy for adults and kids. We love the green juice and hibiscus iced tea. We always order pan seared tuna with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes and side of mix green salad. My child orders the grilled chicken, mashed and had the broccoli and it was delicious. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. We come from NY and have to stop by every time we are in California.

First time coming here, and my only regret is not trying this place sooner. Everything was super yummy and the employees were so genuine, kind, and helpful. Asked for pickles and sauces on the side, and got it all on the side. :) I would've tipped them if I could.

Tender greens is probably one of my favorite spots for delicious and healthy meals.I ordered a salmon with steamed vegetables along with their skirt steak. The salmon was delicious and the skirt steak was nice and tender. I also tried their green pozole and it was pretty good overall. Overall the dining experience was solid.I’d definitely come back here again and try their other menu items.

Ordered the chipotle bbq chicken salad on their website for pickup and when I got home, I found it was missing the avocado. I called to tell them what I ordered and to confirm it is supposed to include avocado and they said that it was supposed to include it and sorry, but didn’t offer me anything to make it right. I am a regular customer and have found that this happens more often than it should where an ingredient or item is missing.If you choose to order food here for takeout, don’t trust their service. Always take the extra time to double check all the contents of your order are correct before leaving.

Ten star place. Been eating the same meal for lunch for the last 4 days Tender greens is amazing it’s really good real food. Top chef quality I got the harvest salad and substituted the chicken with trout and was in heaven don’t know when I last tasted trout as a menu option on a chain restaurant. The salad has apricots, blackberry, Pistachio, arugula leaves and at least 2 to 3 other leafy greens, goat cheese and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette . Total yum

My coworkers and I stopped by Tender Greens for a lunch after a work meeting in our office down the street. While I've been to Tender Greens before but this was my first visit to this location. I don't eat at Tender Green often but I generally have a feeling for what they serve, or so I thought.At the other Tender Greens I've been to, you are actually able to see food being prepared behind glass panels while ordering. At this location, you couldn't see much as it seems the main kitchen was around the corner or behind a wall. I'm not sure if this is more normal now but it wasn't what I was expecting to see... but regardless I order my food expecting it to taste as good as other locations I've been to.Coincidentally, all 3 of us each ordered salads and different salads. I got the Tuna Nicoise and my coworkers got the Harvest Chicken and the Grilled Chicken Cobb.The tuna on my salad was horribly foreign-looking to me. While the outside was cooked, it had a plastic like texture while the inside had a chewy texture that felt wrong. Normally I expect raw fish to be somewhat soft and forgiving but not chewy. The rest of the salad was ok though some bits of potato also tasted undercooked/crunchy.My coworker with the Harvest Chicken said his food tasted ok but the one with the Cobb had huge chunks of rock hard meat (which we assumed was bacon) one could chip a tooth on.Overall, none of us were blown away by flavors and/or freshness--which were things I had associated with Tender Greens until this visit.Service wise, the staff was friendly although also kind of pushy. When we arrived, it was a bit before the lunch rush and there was no one behind us at the time; however the staff seemed annoyed we didn't immediately and quickly place our orders (even though we asked for a minute to browse the menu).While I prefer to sit inside, my coworkers insisted we sit outside. The patio is actually very nice except its pergola-like covering did little to block the blinding sun.Last, as we walked over from our office for lunch, we were able to avoid parking which, in this plaza, may be extremely hit or miss and can be very chaotic at times. I sometimes will pick different restaurants just to avoid parking in this plaza. So in terms of service and settings, it's a nice location but the food quality was just so-so and I expect more from Tender Greens.
