The Habit Burger Grill

Close to hotel food was good..

Ate at the airport Habit - had never heard of it, and I was happy we found it. Great burgers - the char grill didn't result in a dry patty. Instead it was juicy and flavorful. Decent fries (like what we call steak fries in Cleveland). Very fast considering it was so fresh.

The Santa Barbra style burger is so delicious. The service was friendly and I highly recommend if you need a quick bite to eat.

Clean with great food and lots of space indoor or outdoor to seat and eat!

I know you just want to jump through your phone to eat these burgers of fries

The burgers were okay, Ive heard a lot of folk say it is the best burger in the business. I'm still going to go with in and out for now. Will have to come again and try some of there other burgers to get an idea of what else they offer.

I ordered on the kiosk, and it was fast and easy. You could customize your order just the way you want it. My food was nice and hot, just on point.

It tastes similar to In-N-Out, but it’s a saltier version! I like it better here

Well well well, of course yet another restaurant can’t get it together enough to work in the brainless industry of fast food. I curbside ordered, was notified the food was ready and waited 15 min to have it delivered to my car. Mind you, I have a bad knee injury and it hurts to walk on it. I called customer service and they couldn’t get ahold of the restaurant. I walk in and the lady at the front desk doesn’t apologize and gets defensive and blames me waiting 20 min for my order on the system. She was rude and there was zero customer service. The only person who cared was the gentleman on the phone who tried to help and even said he doesn’t know what going on with this location.
Heads up, fast food restaurants just cannot get their customer service down. It’s not that hard.

Impossible Burger w cheese cooked perfectly!! I asked for it well done they did it! Fries and Green Beans were amazing.

Ordered on yesterday, 10/5/2024 at about 9:30pm, the front desk lady gave us a big warm welcome. Big smile, blonde. really appreciated her hospitality. But I didn’t tip because I was still adapting to this rules in US. Just writing to show our appreciation. Cheers.
