The customer service was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the young man had a contagious smile and an incredibly friendly attitude. The food was freshly made and served right on time.

Nice, have order by digital menu, which is right there when you walk in. Most people not use to it. This can be frustrating at first.

Food was better than expected. We tried their grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and everything was good! Even their drinks! Bathrooms were clean, environment was nice. Person helping/manager? In the front, didn’t seem happy, but I imagine when it gets busy, folks are focused and not as friendly. I wish we had a Habit in Houston.

The people working at Habit are still wonderful, friendly, and fast. But the new owners that just bought it and Veggie Grill are complete idiots with their menu changes, ruining menu choices for vegetarians. The Veggie Grill has HUGE decrease in quality in many dishes, and the Habit took the Impossible Burger off their menu and replaced it with a complete garbage veggie patty. And to demonstrate how CLUELESS the new owners are about vegetarians, the DISGUSTING new veggie patty burger will come with cucumbers on it and served in a wheat bun if you don't tell them at counter NOT to make it the standard serving way!!!! Cucumbers and wheat bun for a burger!!!! Maybe one in a million people would prefer a burger served like that!!!! Vegetarians, avoid both these restaurants and make them pay for their lousy research and their lazy and insulting changes to their menus. Take your business to owners of other restaurants that deserve your money. The new owners of Habit and Veggie Grill also do not deserve the great employees at these restaurants that they inherited.
