I used to recommend this place to my friends who visited me here in LA. the place keeps embarrassing me, the customer service is so bad and the sandwiches is not worth it.
I'm gonna stop going to this poorly manage establishment.

Open until 5 I guess. Not 7 like Google says. The business really should keep that up to date. We drove a distance.

Great food but they keep changing there hours recently and it’s been very frustrating when you arrive and they are closed. For example google says they are open till 7pm but they are closed at 5pm. They used to close at 8pm then they starting closing at 6p now 5pm etc.. which is inconvenient but at least update the website so people know.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a very unsatisfactory experience. I ordered a fillet sandwich, and unfortunately, it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had—poor quality and just didn’t taste fresh. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself wasn’t very clean, which is always a red flag. What really stood out was that the staff member working the cash register was preparing my sandwich at the same time there's no way to feel comfortable when someone's handling money and food at once. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.🤮🤮

Italian deli with hearty sandwiches. The bread is fresh and the meats are quality. Prices are fair for the size. Service is quick and efficient. Great for lunch on the go

I guess the seemingly old school feeling is what drew me in. I was working nearby and wanted a nice deli sandwich. Sonof course I went to my go to search map, Google maps. This spot was a little out of my area but I figured be a quick in n out type situation. Found parking in the back alley as there was no parking up front. Entered through the seemingly storage area (which it was 😅) and was kind of confused on where to go as it seemed a little chaotic. Found my way to the front counter and as I entered notices there was staff just sitting at the tables (maybe 3 to 4) maybe on break although my lunch was at 9am. I went to the front counter and looked at the menu for several moments, as I'm there no one seemed to acknowledge me. Once I decide what I wanted I began to look around to catch someone's attention, not one staff member looked up. Finally, someone came up, to whom seemed like maybe an owner, and helped me. I ordered the Italian Combo which comes with Godfather Cappy Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, Roast Beef, Bacon, Provolone with Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato it didn't come on a roll as pictured on their profile but on a what I believe to be a Kaiser roll of some type. Tbh the sandwich was made with no love whatsoever, it was just thrown together and packaged. Maybe locals have a nostalgic feel about this place, but I was not impressed at all. Very authentic name with a generic taste. Will not be back, this took me over a month to do the review as I was trying to be fair, but after trying other deli's it was a no brainer. Sorry Rinaldis, but if you want my money, please do better.

Just had a delicious and huge breakfast sandwich for a great price. The lady behind the counter was so nice to me. Thank you for offering a great value and kind service.

The food was super mid. My sandwich wasn’t even cut in half, and the meat was just one solid slab—hardly enjoyable. 😕 I gave the place a shot because of the Eaterly hype, but clearly that was a mistake. I ended up with the most basic, uninspired Reuben imaginable.

This was my first time in Rinaldi's and I was impressed. I love a small, delicious deli and this fit the bill. This would be the perfect place to grab a sammie to take along on a flight outta' LAX. Roast beef was fresh as the the soft French roll. Customer service was great and the bathroom was clean. I will definitely be back when in the area.
