I generally have a great experience here and I always tip 20% on food and drinks. This time, however, I left feeling frustrated due to a lack of clarity at checkout.
When the bill was being handled, the gameplay charges were combined with the food and drinks. I specifically mentioned that I would be tipping 20% on everything, and at no point was it explained that a large portion of the total (about $150) was actually gameplay and not service-related. Had that been clearly pointed out, I would have handled the payment differently.
I also participated in the gift card promotion to support the staff, so this wasn’t about avoiding a tip — it was about transparency. A simple explanation in the moment would have prevented the confusion entirely.
I’m happy to support good service, but clearer communication at checkout would go a long way toward avoiding situations like this.

We loved this place! It was our first time ever playing golf, and the experience was unforgettable. Easy parking, a great selection of food and drinks, and friendly staff — we’ll definitely be back!

All I can say was robbed of my time denied drinks and for sure profiled for being lesbian and having a black male in our group. Very disappointed the waiter kept ignoring us and then denied us drinks we explained how our booth wasn't working she legit chit chatted behind us with her coworker saying we were lying when we clearly have proof of it not working... for a long time ruined my whole week had to talk to my therapist because this made me depressed

This place was very nice and chill, our family enjoyed te word series baseball 2025 and it was great our server Awesome.
Had a horrible experience I was trying to enjoy a 2 hours out with my family we picked up an empty can that was in the walk way and threw it out in the trash , the security guard only saw that we dumped the can out and they didn’t let us in because he saw us drink it but we picked up an empty can in the top golf parking lot. Came from far to enjoy a couple hours out with the family and we had to back home.
