We were excited to show our friends from London a good time and brought them to Topgolf but unfortunately the experience was anything but welcoming
The manager Sai refused to accept their valid passports as ID for drink orders even though they are legal government issued documents. We were having a great time golfing and this really killed the vibe
To make matters worse our play time started before we even began and when we asked to extend our time and offered to pay we were told they were fully booked and could not give us another booth. They claimed they were too busy to accommodate us but we saw multiple empty booths sitting unused
For a place that markets itself as a fun social hangout the lack of hospitality and rigid policies were a huge letdown.

Worst service ever . Server avoid taking our order once we got there . Than waiting till 12 am just to come say this is the last call. Never had the option to order drinks or food. Just a rude server with an attitude.

Topgolf was such an easygoing activity for the whole family... from our senior mom to our toddler nephew, everyone had a good time!
The space is big, with multiple levels and different seating options depending on your group size. The food wasn't what I'd liked but that's just preference.
Special thanks to our host MJay, for having an amazing personality and being so kind. Really appreciated the great service.

Food was OK for what it was priced—and very small portions. If you come here, maybe eat before and just get drinks here. Now as for the service, it was great! Staff was friendly and helpful :) The atmosphere was the best part. We love to go to the driving range so this was a fun, elevated experience. We loved playing the games, testing our aim and range—fantastic 4, sonic, and angry birds are all must tries. We’ll be back!

Was going for someone’s birthday party & this Run DMC looking security was extremely rude and denied us entry at 11:50 pm July 26th on Saturday & had the worst attitude when this place closes at 1am.
Would rate this zero if I could, going to tell as many people as I can to stay away from this business & pray security doesn’t tick off the wrong person.

Our first time at top golf but definitely not our last. We celebrated my son's 14th birthday here & had such a fun and amazing experience. Our part assistant/ Waiter Ricky was nothing short of Amazing, he helped us every step of the way & was on top of our food and drink orders. Manager Cy brought us in and set us up, super helpful & detailed with instructions. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Nice family place to spend some time with relatives and play games with little ones. Good was tasty and drinks were enjoyable. Staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions on how the golf games work. Would come again.
Took a group of 8 and landed two tees for retirement celebration. Good shareable food, easy to talk to service (thanks, Valentina!). We had a great time. After our time was up, there were a few drinks to finish, so they suggested we hit the firepits on the roof since we werentgoi g to extend our tee time. Great suggestion. 👍

Came here with my family. The food we were served made all of us really sick. The TV at the putting range didn’t work so you couldn’t see where to shoot it would turn on and off. When asking the employees if we could move so we could get the full experience they said they are bringing maintenance but maintenance never came. Extremely disappointed do not go here if you are looking for a fun time as you will just be disappointed by lack of maintenance and customer service for such an expensive price.

Came here with family, and everyone had a blast. Our host, M Jay, was very sweet and attentive. He even made sure our nephew (3 year old) felt included by getting him a club his size. If I had a complaint, its the food portions, they weren’t exactly “family size”. They weirdly didn’t have napkins too.
Overall a very fun activity for beginners and professionals alike.
