Great place that never lets me down. Enjoyed the Teriyaki Quinoa bowl with tofu, and my colleague ordered Jambalaya pasta and said it was great as well. Sure will be back !
Nice lunch specials that include a variety of spritzer. Enjoyed the chicken wrap but the butter nut squash soup was a little sweet for my taste. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!
We had a wonderful Birthday dinner & experience. The service was extremely attentive & anticipating. The food was top notch, tasty & healthy. My salad & steak could not have been better. The complementary birthday cake & candles was delicious, celebratory & shared by many of our group. True Food Kitchen captured the heart of our two year old which helped everyone enjoy the evening, especially our two year old.
Joey (Jose) was a very attentive person! Made sure my family had outstanding care and an enjoyable experience! A 5⭐️ evening.
Service was slow at the bar for lunch, food portions are okay but expensive, and the salad was severely over dressed. My burger was delicious, but overall experience was diminished by service speed and salad being ruined.

Fun atmosphere and good food. Our sever was very kind and helpful but it was an hour wait between when we sat down and when food arrived at our table.
Family birthday dinner. Our waiters were fantastic1 Great service! A shout out to Joey. He took care of us well. We had a number of items both to share and individual plates and dessert. We took a quiet table within the porch.
The ambiance was excellent. We sat outside. It was quiet and pleasant. The food was not so good. The ingredients were fresh, but the prep was subpar. I ordered the tune poke bowl. The tuna and edamame were delicious, but the black rice was swimming in an overly pungent sauce--both too sweet and too sour all at once. It was inedible. For $25, I was only able to consume half of what I ordered. It was a poor value. My dinner was not ruined due to the nice ambiance and good company. But I won't go back due to the poor experience with the food.
good hummus and dumplings. my burger was great! nice and juicy. the chinese chicken salad was ok.

Restaurantji Recommends
True Food Kitchen offers truly delicious and healthy food and has options for vegans, vegetarians and carnivores alike. My ancient grains bowl with added shrimp had a great piquant flavor and was very substantial. Also love that the restaurant has a full bar.
I tried the Chicken Parmesan for the first time. Great flavor; I will definitely get that again. My husband had one of my favorites - the spaghetti squash casserole. However, for the first time I've ever experienced, he was told he could add a protein - he chose chicken! 🤯 He liked it, so now I'm going to have to try that next time. We each had an adult beverage - he a glass of wine, and I the watermelon mojito. We both enjoyed those as well. While I love TFK, we just can't go as often as the price for two entrees and two drinks was over $80.
Food & cocktail was delicious! The passion fruit margarita was very refreshing & had enough alcohol to not feel like you're being ripped off. -smile-The seasonal garden salad was amazing & the lasagna was a great portion and really, really flavorful! Take advantage of their “Duo” meal specials for a great deal as well!!
Great experience from start to finish I would recommend all to go and see for your self two thumbs up
Never been here before and it was very good! The food, the service, and the place was very good.
