I always enjoy True Food Kitchen for it's diverse and unique offerings. The food is always fresh and the wait staff and very friendly and professional. This is healthy, clean food. I especially appreciate the array of vegan options, not just a mock meat burger and a side salad, but legit tasty vegan options throughout the menu, including dessert! It's one of the few places I can confidently go with none vegans and know we'll both enjoy something on the menu.

Seated on time of reservation. Although our appetizer order came quickly, our table server was also the bar tender which impacted her availability to take timely entree orders. Both the edamame guacamole and herb hummus appetizers were very tasty but should be served with more chips and pita bread for the quantity and cost of each dish. Took longer than expected to be served our entrees but the wait was worth it as they were all quite delicious.

We had another amazing meal at True Food Kitchen in El Segundo. We were really fortunate to have Chris as our server again! He is always so happy and positive and takes really good care of us.
The vibes are always spectacular when we come to True Food Kitchen! I came with my wife last night and had the Burger for the first time and was very pleased! Our server Trevor was great and even sent out a dessert for us. If you’re looking for a great food option in El Segundo, this is the spot!

Don't offer guests a special wine menu with close out wines at great prices if you don't have them in stock. Happened twice. Was told by manager he couldn't make any price adjustments to the regular wine list which was wrong. He could have if he wanted to.

We arrived earlier than the reservation time and were quickly and courageously guided to our table. The server was excellent on all communications and attentive. The food as always was delicious and also unique Very satisfied
This is a place where we go for special occasions. My partner and I enjoy it very much. We like eating healthy. We also appreciate good food and service. So, the best of both worlds is what we get. Our waitress was friendly and polite. The drinks are pricey. We also noticed that the appetizer had shrunk considerably over time. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves once again.

We used to go all the time and loved it. Stopped going because it wasn't keto friendly but, noticed they now have keto options. The food and service were great. The portions were smaller than we remembered. Probably "shrinkflation" and the out door seating could use a refresh....very stained and dirty.

They were very busy and the waiter forgot to put the order in. 1 hour later our food arrived. They took the cost of the two entrees off the bill. It was just a bad night for them. The food still tasted good.

Took over an hour to get entrees. Ordered 3 apps and those took over 30 minutes to get to the table. Server disappeared for almost the whole meal. Had to get the manager to try to help. He was available for a few minutes and then disappeared too. Very disappointing for a spot that used to be reliable.
