The menu is minimal but focused, offering great quality and delicious food. A standout dish is the budae jjigae, or Army Stew, which is flavorful, perfectly spicy, and packed with vegetables, sausage, Spam, tofu, and meat; it is served on a portable stove to keep it hot. Other excellent options include the combo sundubu, beef tofu stew, pork bulgogi, kimchi fried rice, kimchi pancake, and sweet and spicy boneless chicken bites. The side dishes are generous and freshly prepared.
The service is extremely friendly, kind, and attentive, with frequent check-ins and hot tea refills. The overall experience is wonderful, giving a cozy Korean mom-and-pop feel. It is a great spot for a hearty, comforting meal and comes highly recommended as a hidden gem and a new local favorite.
