It was ok. The drinks we (friends and I) hurt our stomach.

I ordered a strawberry matcha which normally comes with a puree which makes the drink pink in color but I noticed my drink looked different today and when I asked about it they said they had run out of strawberry puree and added a pump of strawberry syrup instead. I would have appreciated to know this prior to taking the drink bc it did not taste as expected. I also found it strange that they didn’t mention it to me when they called me to grab my drink.

I came to this coffee shop on a whim as I was going to an event that was around the corner and had some time to kill. When I got there it was roughly 1:30 and the place was busy but not crowded. It was very cozy as you walked in because the scent of coffee and sweet treats were definitely in the air which made the space feel very homey.

The one call out was definitely around the service. It was my first time at this coffee shop and I wasn't sure if I had to order at the pad that was on the left hand side or at the spot where it looked like there was a cash register. I stood there for about a minute and a half and when no one acknowledged me he said hi or just gave me a welcome, I decided that it would be best to order from the pad. Again that is the one call out it would have been nice to have been greeted by someone to understand what was best to do at the time.

Boarding process itself was simple clicked on the items paid for it and probably within 7 to 9 minutes both of my items are ready.

I purchased a iced coffee with a salted cream top and an ube muffin that was warmed up.

The ube muffin was just the right amount of sweetness there was a nice crunch on the top as you bid into it and the ube flavor was definitely tasted throughout each bite.

The iced coffee with the salted cream top was superb. I definitely tasted the cream on its own and it again was a rich silkiness of cream with a great flavor of salt. Definitely recommend mixing it into the iced coffee because it just really enhance the flavor of the coffee itself.

Overall I would definitely go back to this place and try the other items on their menu.

Parking: The coffee shop is located in a small little shopping center that has tons of other places like a restaurant, a gym, a hair salon, and other establishments so parking depending on the time you go could be a little bit difficult.

My cup was filled 85% I paid for oat milk separately. It’s isn’t cool to not fill the cup all the way!

Absolutely love their drinks. I'm not big on coffee so I order their Kloud 18, which is chamomile tea with soy milk and It's so creamy and aromatic. It's a bowl of soul. I have tried their coffees such as the mocha Thai and Yuan Yang and the flavors are strong and flavorful.

I went there with my friends. When we had drinks and food, and spent some time there, 3 young adults were working. When they closed the shop, we needed to use bathroom. But they said that “bathroom is closed”. What a bad customer service experience although we were customers. And, we had to find a place to use bathroom. The 3 young adults seemed like they have no humanity. Drinks and food were ok. Customer service is bad.

One of staple locations when deciding where to get coffee.
A good amount of times, 18 grams wins, just wish this location had a kitchen like in arden because the food in arden is amazingly good.
Recommend the 1987 or ube latte.

The Uber muffin is sooo yummy and I love The Graham iced latte .. the place is very cool. It's hard to find somewhere to sit it's so popular. But I won't knock off stars, kuddos to them for being awesome and so many people want to stay. Plan on coming back for sure

Ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, I immediately noticed that there was not enough condensed milk so I asked for some more and got charged extra for $0.54

Taste was not that even close, definitely because of pre-made coffee aka not freshly filtered. Have a headache after 1 hour. Really terrible drink.

Used to come here every day Friday through Sunday, great experience and good coffee, lately the cashiers and staff have had the worst attitudes, forgetting things I ordered and acting like it’s my fault they forgot. I was the only one in the store and the staff forgot my pastry with my order, I asked where it was and they said “I didn’t put it on there” instead of just going to grab it she got an attitude with me and I paid all over again. The coffee I got this morning was awful, burnt and definitely not worth the price. Definitely won’t be coming back again.

Great selections of coffee and tea. They have more specialty and unique options.

I love the drinks and food here but the customer service really ruins the experience, they are discriminatory and have passive aggressive bad attitudes and i feel like they treat minimal request to adjusting a drink or order like its a burden. If they could get better baristas who understand how important customer service is this place would be a 10/10.
