This place is starting to be ridiculous. While playing today11:00am, many security guards stand in the fareway and next to my machine. They stop a guy and ask his name..normal procedure. It turns out their arresting him. A lady with him runs up and tries to dislodge him from security. In interim of this action she hits my sore foot. A female security tells her to back up and that she shouldn't put her hands on anyone. Question: Why wasn't she arrested? I'm frustrated now! She just ran over my foot-like. I stopped 3 floor employees and told them about the issue- "Thanks for letting us know". I also told them about the two previous times and the people selling and touching my jewelry around my neck without permission (no concern seen). I stop one of the officers that was asset with detainment, and he also seemed not concerned. I'm not going to even speak on the feeling I had when first entering today, in the high- limits. It's like if you're not Asian, your suspect.
Yes, I feel a certain way. Now my foot is hurting again and I'm finally, home. You go to have a good time and then have to recuperate from the casino experiences.

The staff is AWSOME! The ambiance was nice. We were greeted and then seated in the place of our choice. Our server Alex was helpful with the menu and beverages, excellent customer service as well. My husband and I decided on the shareable's Fish Tacos that was fantastic, the fish tacos were one of the best that I've ever had the pleasure of tasting, full of flavor & tasteful. Oh so good. They were so good that we decided on ordering seconds. Then we decided to order the Philly Cheesesteak to share. Oh my goodness the Cheesesteak was so tender and flavorful. We ordered the Warm Chocolate Brownie with Strawberry Ice Cream. Overall we had a splendid time and plan on returning. Sean greeted us and wanted to know if we were enjoying ourselves. He also, let us sample their IPA on tap. How thoughtful was that. I like the 805 verses the Stone Blonde & the Hoppy Blonde. Overall we had a splendid time and plan on returning Hats off to the Cooks

I ordered the rigatoni amatriciana that was so amazing! It left you wanting more! Cannot wait to have it again! Our waiter he was awesome. We were never left without a drink in our tea. Loved this place and even got to watch the game.

Today I was discriminated against and kicked out of Sky River Casino with my service dog. I was there with my mom and were instantly profiled against based on our tattoos (although we were dressed nice and did not give any reason for them to think we were trouble) and screamed at by security for not reading the signs on the door although there was no signs about needing a bag check. We (my mom, service dog,and I )didn’t even make it to the casino floor and were stopped at the entrance. They asked if he was a service dog and what his job was. I responded “medical alert “ and then they kept asking for more descriptions about my disability. When I stated that ADA and HIPPA laws state that I do not have to disclose my disability, he told me that my service dog is unruley and not meeting the standards of a service dog…why? Because he pulled on his leash to tuck behind me.
Security then informed me that they do not have to follow federal laws as this is Indian Territory and not California( we were in Elk Grove,CA).
The security guard also told me that my needs do not meet a service dog guidelines and that I do not need my service dog. Who does this security guard think he is to make medical decisions about me, a complete stranger, let alone any one?
My mom tried to defend my service dog and I by quoting ADA law. This just made security more upset. We were escorted outside, a gentleman walking in stopped to ask how our experience was as he was going in. Upon telling him what had just happened, security told us we would be detained if we did not leave immediately.
Upon leaving and being escorted out, I began to read reviews online. We were not the first one, it seems that we (my service dog and I) were discriminated against based on race,disability, breed,and looks. Please see the attached reviews.
I do not recommend giving this business any bit of your money or time. The way we were treated the moment we walked in the door by security and the head of security is completely and utterly unacceptable.

If you have a pickup with a trailer, camp trailer, RV, semi truck (with or without trailer) or a bus then they will kick you out. Found out when I stopped while I was in the area with my pickup and a single car trailer. I even parked far far from the entrance with 200 empty parking spots around me and security rolled up hot and told me I had to leave. So sky river doesn't need or want your money it seems. No busses???? Like a party bus with 20 people in it is basically turning away THOUSANDS of potential dollars and all for what? So I will never return here. Just not worth it for me.

This casino is very tight with payouts do me a favor don’t come here waste your money your just gonna get rob with the machines speaking of machines nobody beats those slots machine they are equipped with state of the art technology AI artificial intelligence. This casino destroying communities around them they are becoming more around Sacramento & very accessible I don’t play slots machines I use to play 8 years ago & I never did anymore. The game I play here is the etg machines which is slots machine it deceive me base on my research it’s rigged I mean rigged it know your behavior & knows exactly how to manipulate humans. To this day I’m very convinced house always wins not letting this casinos destroy my life further. If you just wanna have fun don’t gamble specially in California & tribal casinos the odds are modified to their favor!

We came for lunch. Our waiter was excellent! I ordered the club sandwich with no cheese. My husband got the French dip. My sandwich came with cheese so it was sent back. Replacement came quickly. This sandwich is massive!! I could only eat part of it. It was delicious though, would definitely get again. My husband loved the French dip!After our meal, we were left waiting to pay for an extended amount of time...approx 25 minutes before our info was taken and we were asked to come back to pay later on as their system was down. They called us a few hours later to let us know we can pay. I thought it was interesting that they didn't even give us a discount or offer anything other than an apology for the inconvenience. Even a drink while we were originally waiting to pay would have been appreciated. Regardless, we look forward to returning in the near future.

Love the atmosphere. Ordered brisket sandwich no flavor, salad dressing tasted like mayo and ketchup not 1000 island. Philly cheese steak was greasy, thick fries were good. Service slow, waitress everywhere but refilling our drinks.
