New ramen place in elk grove. My husband ordered the chicken white soup ramen. It was really good. they have options on the kind of noodles you want. Dimsum is also delicious. Definitely coming back here to try other ramen and dimsum

Tonkotsu is the best with thin noodles. chashu is excellent here, other places are too burnt, chewy, firm. Will likely come back here weekly. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

For someone who just got back from Japan and was craving ramen, this place makes it right! I’ve been to many ramen spots between Elk Grove and Sacramento numerous times in the past few years, and I am so thankful to have experienced this one. I’ve been to the popular ones in the area and nothing came quite as close to the Japan experience (for me) as this spot.

I got the Tonkotsu Ramen with thin noodles!

⭐️There’s only one waitress so be patient (at the time of writing this post)

Its like an anime going in. Ive never been to a ramen restauant that offers you how firm your ramen or how flavorful you wanted your broth. The place is family run and super friendly. The food is great! Cant wait to run through the entire menu to find my favorite item. Cant wait to become a regular!

Get the fried oysters if that's your thing. I got two order it was good. My black garlic ramen was delicious, favorite part the broth and the egg. Service is good and it's a nice spot to get a good meal. My ramen lasted 2 days, big bowls.

It's Christmas Eve today ! Naturally not alot of places are open but my boyfriend and I happen to come across this place for a late lunch and I'm so glad we did. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is bright and clean. Lastly the food itself was amazing. We will be returning ♥️

Very delicious. I ordered the black garlic ramen (chicken broth) with extra soft chicken on top. I still think about that meal from time to time. I am not from the area and can only think of it. I shared a side of beef and onion dumplings. Top tier. This is coming from someone who's eaten ramen in Japan. 🩷 They have options if you don't eat pork like me. 🫰🏼

Dietary restrictions: Options are available to people that don't eat pork.

Cozy ramen shop @ Elk Grove . Very clean with cute decoration.

I ordered black garlic ramen, the soup is rich and flavorful .
The noodles are thin, soft but still with nice texture.

Their hanjyuku eggs are probably the best I have ever tasted.

I was getting a jiro but recommended tonkosu. The favor is good with soup that bring umami favor, freshness without too salty msg after fact. In general, everything is good but overpriced base on quantity of the meat is way too less. Two thin slices really not enough. You can choose to add meet for 3 dollars 2 pieces. That is my first time, I like to try original taste without any modification. The reason why a lot Japanese restaurants do really similar size and style base on Japanese culture for night time. They like to go drink and go place to place and eat. That's why most of the time the food they order is tiny. Because
they might need to eat at the other place later. That is actually USA. We do something different than Japan. If I eat at your place I don't feel full. I will not really come that often. It's not this place fault. It's just a custom. That's why I prefer eat pho most of my time instead of Japanese ramen. This is important to make it simple for Americans. Small, medium or large with reasonable price.
