The food was good. The service was good. First time there I left my small purse. There came back to get it within probably an hour and a half who never cleaned the table and found my purse. Must’ve looked in there because I had just gotten a $50 bill for Christmas and it was taken from my wallet very disappointed in this place. I reached out to the manager. She said there’s nothing they can do. I know they have cameras they can look and see never will I be there again

Food was fine. I ate there with my mom for the first time and we paid then left. We had realized my mom left her purse so we called and the employees said they have her purse so I went in to pick it up. After we looked in my mom’s purse to make sure everything is in there we noticed her $50 bill was missing. I called and spoke to the manager, the manager said that there is nothing they can do. So just letting everyone know be careful with your stuff because there is a thief of an employee that works there. Last time eating there.

Outstanding service at this location, largely thanks to Alberto. From the moment we walked in, he greeted every guest, seated us immediately, and never stopped moving. He was consistently sweeping, wiping down tables, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized while staying attentive to guests the entire time.

What truly stood out was his work ethic and professionalism. He showed more initiative, energy, and accountability than anyone else on the floor and clearly takes pride in his role. Employees like him set the standard and make a real difference in the guest experience.

I hope leadership recognizes and values the level of effort he brings. He is an asset to this store.

It’s very slow

We came here to celebrate a birthday and the food was awful. The hamburger and the hamburgers were so dry they were crumbling. I ordered a quesadilla burger and the Tortilla part before. I even took a bite my granddaughter sued shoulder to Krispy chicken sa. NI want you couldn't bite into it cause you could tell Mike a way you didn't hard as a rock. I felt so bad because this was my daughter's birthday dinner. And we ordered strawberry markets and received them with no alcohol in them, we re ordered them a nd time, and they came back, and they were awful, and we had to send them back again so we ended up paying a $117.

I had a fine meal with a $100 Applebee's gift card and I used $25 of the value. I was in a hurry to leave to get to work in time at 4pm Friday November 21 and I accidentally left my gift card there. After I noticed I left it there, I came back to see if anyone found the gift card and miraculously it disappeared. The lack searching and asking and not willing to check cameras left me feeling pretty bad about coming back to this location again. They never even offered a resolution and dismissed me. It's too bad because this was my go to location for a quick bite. Bartender who took my order was a thin latina.

We visited Applebee's for a family outing and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was superb, attentive, and friendly. It made our evening enjoyable for everyone.
