I ordered 4 orders of 2 for 7 I only got 3 of the orders of the 2 for 7. I was question when I called to tell them. No apology, the guy i spoke to told me that on there end they only showed that I had ordered 3 2 for 7s when I ordered 4 I had my receipt so I went in the next day after work was questioned again and showed them my receipt the guy I talked to said he would put my name down. They had no reference of it no apology for them forgetting my sandwiches. Didn't even look at my receipt. They need better customer service as the attitude of management was a bit sour and he looked upset. He did end up giving me my sandwiches I paid for, yet the questioning and experience in having to go back was not apologetic or great customer service.

I like Arby’s roasted beef sandwiches. They're the best compared to all the fast-food restaurants. The curly fries are also better than most of their competitors.
This Arby’s is one of the newest Arby’s in the Sacramento area. The dining room is comfortable, and an excellent outdoor dining area is in front of the restaurant. The service is hit-and-miss. Sometimes, I received fast service, but sometimes, I couldn't find any attention after standing at the counter for minutes.
Vegetarian options: Not too many good options for vegetarians other than fries

Chicken sandwich is a deal and a must have!
Okay, so, with prices going up everywhere and with food at places more or less staying the same, my new go-to spot for chicken sandwiches is now Arby's. I never thought I'd say this, but the current 2 for $6 deal on the classic chicken sandwiches is the best deal for the best sandwich out there! It's an actual piece of chicken with lettuce, tomato, and mayo/sauce.
In all other places, you either get ground chicken patties and maybe a 2 for $5 deal (buy one get one for $1), or it's more expensive for a mediocre sandwich. Pay the extra dollar for 2 chicken sandwiches at Arby's. It's totally worth it!
I rarely go to Arby's, but when I do it scratches this proverbial hunger for meats & if you know Arby's they have the meats! There is only one of these in my area so at least it's unique

Ordered some roast beef sandwiches and fries and was supposed to have 6 roast beefs and one mozzarella stick order but ended up with 4 sandwiches and two orders of mozzarella sticks, the fries were all the burnt hard ends, no curly ones in there, roast beef was dry like it was sitting out for a long time. Manager offered one free meal after I complained, but that's not sufficient for our whole order being wrong and the food being nasty! Dont go to this location!

I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar. So for starters they put two pumps only on the top of the bun so it didn't look anything like the picture and appeared much smaller than my previous half pound beef n cheddar i got before, so I called to double check and ask why it didn't look like the picture and I believe I spoke with the manager because he said he told who ever was prepping the sandwhich that it was okay and it to serve it like that, then when I got home I decided to weigh the sandwhich to compare with the nutrition facts serving weight and it did not weigh what the half pound beef n cheddar should, it weighed about as much as the double beef n cheddar. So long story short I was given a wrong sandwhich! I was too frustrated to call back.
