First time going to this location. No one was at the front counter for five mins. The portion sizes are smaller than the other locations. Attached a picture to show the difference. (I had to go to a different location given they ran out/their policy)
Definitely do not recommend this location when there are better ones close by. Disappointed.

Horrible service and than to top it off prices are ridiculously expensive. I understand prices have gone up but for 1 regular pretzel and a small drink it’s 12 bucks and it’s stale at that and the cheese is cold ya I would never return. I use to love this place but not no more horrible

I waited 10 minutes in line after ordering just to be told this store stopped accepting cash in October. They refused to take customers cash and I don't have a card to pay with nor do I want one because of scan fraud going on. Unfortunate that I waster my time walking here in the rain and will never get to try this place because I pay with cash only. It's Wrong. I'm sure department of Treasury will be happy to hear this one.

Excellent establishment, very clean, beautiful, everything looks very appetizing. The smell of fresh products is simply divine, you want to stay there all the time.I recommend.
Nice staff and friendly service. I like how you can watch them make the food behind the glass counter. Food is always fresh, which does mean you sometimes have to wait but it's so worth it for hot fresh pretzels! I love the luxury of a cinnabon or pretzel without having to go to the mall. Definitely a favorite!

So I went over on my 30 min break around 7:50 pm because the page here on Google maps says they close at 9 pm. I get to the doors and they're locked, the employees inside all hold up eight fingers as of saying it's 8pm, which even if that's the time they do close it was still 10 min till. So either it was poor customer service or Google has the wrong closing time.
