BAD Bakers Elk Grove

Of all the times I’ve been there, Bad bakers has some amazing donuts -or- really below average donuts, depending on which ones you get. Very hit and miss. I’ve had donuts I thought were a five and donuts I thought were a 3 at best. I think it’s a place worth trying and highly recommend the Ube flavors. Overall, it’s a fun experience, a little gimmicky a d worth giving a couple of tries if you’re in the area looking for donuts.

Didn't expect this place to be so fancy. Way too much. Really beautiful donuts. For a picture. But taste just not there. Not sure what they use for frosting, but it's not good. Never sets hard like you want in a regular donut. If you are wanting a standard run of the mill donut this is NOT the place to go. And expensive to boot.

Sorry for the one star on service. Service is good when I patronize them. I gave one star because lately every time I've gone there is a line and only one person helping customers. At some point, a business needs to make the decision to respect customers' time and hire additional staff to get them in and out on time. As a rule of thumb I will wait no more than ten minutes in a business then I walk out--unless I simply have nothing to do. But to wait 15-20 minutes to be seen in a donut shop is unacceptable. On two occasions I was on a lunch break and I was late getting back to work both times. I understand the payroll issue, but that's the cost of doing business even if the store isn't always busy. I judge restaurants and other stores the same way. At least in a restaurant I expect something of a wait--but not to buy donuts or seniorita bread.

That said, I love everything about BBs, and wear my BBs hat at least 2-3 times a week!

When ever I come from Stockton to elk Grove it is a must to stop by. The food and staff are great

Picked up a dozen doughnuts and it is a complete rip off and the most terrible tasting things ever 38 dollars is a complete robbery do not go there

Stopped by earlier today and the spanish rolls tasted amazing! the gentleman serving me was helpful with guiding me through the menu. Will be stopping by more often ☺️

Bad Bakers in Elk Grove is one of the best donut spots in the city. We always go in with the kids and they love the selection. I would recommend one of the bundles. The care pack is our favorite!
