I went in today to get a strawberry banana smoothie. It was delicious and the girl at the counter gave me excellent customer service. I will definitely return!

Good customer service, and employees are respectful, especially Wali who is a real gentleman. He is extremely polite, and try his best to make the customers feel comfortable about their choices on picking the right product. They are located in Elk Grove, CA, and this location of Baskin Robins is pretty much bigger. They are taking hygiene seriously, and keep the store clean, also cleanliness is important for them that is why they change their gloves every few minutes which is great. The prices are not cheap, and it depends on which ice cream you want , also how many scoops you want. They are not that much crowded, so you can take your time while shopping, also can taste before buying your favorite ones. They accept different methods of payments, so cash or cards both work no worries at all. The parking is not big enough, so parking is limited including the handicap, but luckily no one will take forever shopping there. It is like quick shop , and leave. My experience was great , and got what I needed, also was treated very nicely that is why Iām recommending this location to everyone, and will visit again. This is a fun spot. Iād like to come and take my kids after school to get some ice cream. Unfortunately I was walking out the door. My five-year-old dropped his ice cream. I asked if we can get a replacement or speak to a manager, but they said unfortunately theyāre not able to do that so I had to purchase another scoop of ice cream for five dollars after just spending 17. Most places will usually provide a replacement with something like that happens. Manager was not there or available

Shout out to Wali (I believe thatās his name) for his great customer service and good attitude. He quickly took my order at the cash register after one of his co-workers brushed me off and told me I could order at the kiosk. I greatly appreciate that this young man took the time to allow me to have a face to face interaction with a person instead of a kiosk. Mind you, his co-worker wasnāt so busy that she couldnāt stop what she was doing and help me, but all things work together for the good. I hope Wali continues to grow in his customer service skills and work ethic.

Normally, we donāt go to this Baskin Robbinās because Iām not the biggest fan of the owner. Sheās kind of snooty to people and employees however, Noah provided us with the best customer service possible! He was amazing and I would go back for him and of course, the ice cream! The owner should give you a raise because thatās the only reason we will be back! Thanks Noah!

Rude staff, we put in an order about five minuets before they closed (we thought they were open till 10) but we get a call at 9:30, 5 mins after we placed our order with them stating they couldnāt fulfill it even tho we had paid and it was sent over to them. Also we didnāt get a refund. They said we can come in on Monday for our money and said they would put on our receipt āwanted refundā. Like no, I didnāt want a refund I wanted the ice cream. I just donāt know what kinda lazy customer service this is to not make two scoops real quick ? Iām very disappointed and will not be going here again and will be telling others about this experience. Iāve just never had such a rude experience at any ice cream parlors.

Who doesn't love Baskin Robbins, of course, they offer you a lot more than 31 flavors and it's even better when they share the facility with a famous Sandwich shop named "Togo's..You know the rule...Eat dessert first....ha.......

Came in with my family because I was the one who wanted ice cream and they didn't have it. The guy claims he already looked in the back and clearly didn't. I called and they told me they had it. I went BACK IN and the worker Logan was beyond rude so I called his manager to have a conversation with her about him being lazy and not even looking for the ice cream then having extremely rude customer service !
