You should be ashamed of yourself!! Just did an order with lollicup. My shipping was 38.00 on a $334.00 order. My shipping with you on a $195.00 order is $106.00?! That’s absolutely absurd. I’m going to try to find somewhere else to purchase the items I buy from you. WOW!!

I did an online order a couple of times from this place. I was happy with my first order, so I did the second order a few times bigger than my first but unfortunately had a few problems.Two items arrived almost expired (one of them will expire in less than 2 months), and the other one was damaged. Contacted them via ticket submission and phone call as well, all responded by Jodi. Eventually, they agreed to refund two items, but strongly refused to refund the shipping associated with those items. Their shipping is not cheap! They would not refund shipping even though they admitted fault to those ones. What kind of policy is that? You made your customer pay for shipping even though the item arrived damaged and it’s not even their fault? Also, had I gotten to look at those expiration date before buying, I would not buy it. It feels like a forced transaction. I even offered to return the ones I wasn’t happy with, but they said no.When I called about the remaining non-refunded portions, all I was told is sorry this is their policy and shipping is not refunded and there is nothing else they can do. Jodi also told me I shouldn’t worry because they are not expiration dates, and they are just best by dates. She insisted I can still use it anyway because it’s just fructose and sugar.

Did a online order from this guys and made a mistake on the order. I called them with 30mins from ordering it and they said they were unable to change/cancel the order. Even doe on their website said "If you just placed your order online, contact us immediately the SAME DAY (preferably within minutes/hours), then we may be able to cancel".TDLR; check the order is right before placing an order from them. Since canceling/redoing an order is next to impossible for them. Pros and cons for being fast I guess.

Fast service. They are nothing short of accommodating with me despite my occasional oversights.

I contacted customer service to tell them and they sent me a replacement bag without my even asking! Also, shipping arrives in just a couple of days which is a big plus for me and calculated into the overall price per item still saves me $$$.

Can't say enough positive things about this place! Customer service is unbeatable! I made several different appointments in order to narrow down the flavors I would eventually offer. Each time, they were attentive to all my specific business needs plus never left without a drink in my hand.They were super flexible with me and I truly couldn't be more thankful!!
