One of my favorite places to eat in Elk Grove. The food is always and good the servers/bartenders are friendly. They have a great Happy Hour. They have a good size bar area to relax in. Its totally an old school restaurant and bar.

I hosted a baby shower at the Brick House last weekend. I cannot praise it enough. It was a fantastic event. Many thanks to Chris, the manager, and Nga, our server. I coordinated the whole thing long distance since I am in Los Angeles and obviously the restaurant is in Elk Grove. The food was great. Everyone loved the two kinds of sandwiches which were prime rib and vegan. Tempora veggies were a big hit as well as the bruschetta. Our group was about 40 people, and were able to spread out, using the booths for game playing. I was very very happy. Kudos to everyone at the restaurant.

Went for dinner had a great Prime Rib, potato, veggies and a salad.. food was great didn't have to wait long for it either. Sat at the bar as they were packed (it was a Sat night) Crown and sprite was good, bartender was hustling he was new but did well. I would recommend!

I was so pleased with our dinners here at the Brick House Restaurant. We both ordered the prime rib which was the best favorable and tender prime rib we've had in a long time. You get a generous helping of veggies (carrots, zucchini, broccoli, etc) plus a choice of various pastas or potatoes, Genova French bread. For $8 more I had a tasty bowl of clam chowder or minestrone soup plus a good sized salad. Oh my we couldn't finish half of the food and resorted to doggie bags to take leftovers home. ( for my lunch, lol, not the dog.) The chocolate mousse for dessert was worth it. We ate at the bar and our bartender/server Melissa was great.

Well I'm sitting here waiting to be ask if I like to see a dinner menu, I had to ask the lady for a second beer after she gave me a tester of the beer of the beer I asked her for a taste of the the number 11 red. I just decided to leave and eat somewhere else.Sincerely the guy at the bar with the Dazed and confused shirt on( Check the cameras for today) And I was hungry by the way.

Wonderful experience here at Brick house, Our server michala was quick to answer any questions, offer recommendations and very attentive. Chef mario makes the best braised short rib. It's huge, over a pound!! Chris the manager stopped by our table, I let him know I'd like mashed potatoes and he made it happen! ( off the menu) Absolutely wonderful service, great food. A true hidden gem!
I love this place it feels like home. We went for date night and the filet was fabulous the salad is huge and full of goodies. The side veggies were almost raw-but we took them home for the chickens. Can't wait to go back!
