Nasty and RUDE at drive through. Order was wrong and they made NO attempt to fix it, just shut the drive through window in our face. HORRIBLE customer service. Stuck with food prepared in a way we didn't order. Awful. Find another location, they could care less about their customers or service.

Great location, friendly staffs, very clean inside and out side of the restaurant. We are vegetarian so we strongly wish that the Burger King headquarters add more vegetarian options in their menu, but do far the breakfast vegetarian choices is pretty good, and the food taste is wonderful. Thanks!

How does a Burger King run out of french fries? My advice as someone who manages is for you people to let go of the store manager ASAP. In my 39 years of life I never gone through an issue where someone told me they ran out of french fries. I have a severe case of second-hand embarrassment for this location. Time to clean house do not let a shortage of employees hold you hostage.

We ordered breakfast croissants because we loved the first time we tried it. Everything was freshly cooked and tasted good. Today we ordered the same at the drive thru and the croissant was COLD. So upset that they are not consistent.

I tried to use my ebt food stamp card here. The lady said they don’t accept it, but have a huge sign that says EBT accepted..
The girl at the window had attitude and kept on staring at us. This was 12/22/23 at 9pm. She had pretty long hair.While we were waiting for the food at the drive thru, I saw her eating fries and she put her fingers close to her mouth. Then she went on to pack our food without bothering to go wash her hands. I thought that was pretty nasty. She also charged us for ranch although we ordered chicken fries which I know for a fact comes with sauce and we didn’t ask for extra or anything so I don’t see why she charged us extra. She should’ve let us know that she was gonna do that first. I used to work at Burger King and sauce was free for customers when they ordered chicken fries. The only time we charged customers for sauce was when they wanted 4 or more sauces.

The manager here is so greedy with the sauces, ask for two and said I wasn't even supposed to give you too much anyway. He's the fat white boy black hair. If you so greedy upon giving out sauce then don't give out at all... Crap customer service here!
